Wasted time!
We had scheduled 3 days in advance to test drive a used car, upon arrival we waited ~20 minutes for our salesperson to arrive at his desk (paged 3 times). We were cordially escorted to said vehicle (~$20k plus) only to find it looking like someone had lived in and eating meals within. There were not interested in any negotiation based on condition for a two year old car. Complete waste of time!

Great Experience
We have had Ford vehicles for over 45 years. Our vehicle was totaled in an accident so we went to a Ford dealer first to look for a replacement. Mark was very helpful and patient answering our questions and showing us different options. We drove a new car home the next day. Thanks Mark

Worth the drive
Dealerships sometimes get stereotyped as villans just waiting to take your money and run. I had the opposite experience with Griffin Ford. I had never shopped for a car using the internet before and let me tell you not all dealerships are above board with you. Griffin Ford not only gave me the best deal but they were (Nick Griffin) the most curtious, informative and professional. I traveled 150 miles and I would have traveled any distance because of the friendlyness and personal service I received from the sales staff. I will recommend them to everyone I share my experience with. Thanks Nick

Wonderful Experience!
My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our experience at Griffin Ford. Tony Faraos (sales consultant) was friendly, genuine, patient, and incredibly helpful which allowed us to trust him with our decision to purchase a vehicle at Griffin. Phillip DelSalvo (finance manager) was also personable, accommodating and professionable. Our experience was very pleasant.

Nice knowledgeable people.
Nice people. They knew their stuff. Not pretentious or condescending. Good handshakes, very important. Coffee, soda, water and snacks while waiting. Overall a very pleasant experience. Never pushy!

Very Pleasant experience leasing new truck !
Alex was very courteous, respectful and very helpful. We told him exactly what we wanted and he took care of everything for us. It was really a good experience , he was so friendly and very easy to talk to. Before we left he set up a few things in the truck and went over quit a bit of new things with my husband, he did a really great job! We will definitely be back and we will recommend him to others. Great job!
