Stopped to set up appointment for service, was able to get in right away. I worked with a Service Writer (Jon Schilder )for the first time who did an excellent job taking care of me. Very pleased.

Quick check in with explanation of services and pricing. Great waiting area that includes snacks, coffee, water and treats to munch on. Steve, my advisor came back with updates and mentioned a broken spring with cost. Cookies were on the front seat when I got to the car. 😊 Washed and ready to go! Yay!! Thank you.

The works done in 2 hours.
Took the truck in for an oil change. Got the works, oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection in 2 hours. Comfortable lounge with snacks and drinks. Would use them again.

Reliable and efficient service
Friendly and polite service. Scheduled oil change was completed efficiently. Informed that battery needed to be replaced which was done in a timely manner. All my questions were answered.

Ok at best....
The mechanics that serviced my truck were helpful an did a good job. I WAS NOT happy that my truck was washed, an left wet; which became spotted paint an windows!??????If you continue to wash vehicles as a convenience PLEASE air or towel dry!!!.

Hello and thank you for this feedback. In speaking with our Service Manager, he apologizes for any inconvenience the complimentary car wash may have caused you. It is considered a spot-free wash and Griffin Ford usually has no problem. The wash has been recently repaired, so perhaps you were in at a bad time. Please know you are welcome back and we will run your truck through the car wash again, if you want. Take care.

Great service!
Went in for an oil change, they were super fast! They even have an amazing kids area! Chairs for little people, trucks, toys, books, juice boxes, kid snacks. Employees were really nice!
