First of all I want to thank Gabe for his excellent & exceptional costumer service. I bought several cars from this dealership and this time Gabe helped me get my dream car which is a BMW. Together with Neil they both worked really hard for me to get approved for my loan and get the best deal ever! This process took some time, but it was all worth it. Gabe followed up with me, he was consistent, & definitely made me feel secure. My car had some minor mechanical issues with it, but their on-site tech support was able to fix it in no time! I love my car and I love this dealership. 10/10 RECOMMEND! I would definitely talk to Gabe, he is on your side and will make sure he uses all his resources to make sure you leave with a car. Received email outlining the vehicle was ready for me to experience the wonder of driving this machine. AFter driving for 90 minutes 1 way to take it for a atest drive upon arrival was informed "its at the other site" and " its not really ready....there are issues with the electrics for the traction control"....and we've had it in the lot for 3 years and it owes us too much and the manager doesn't want to sell it for this price.... ho hum!!! But they did offer to sell us a "better" vehicle for twice the price....

Really Happy with my experience here with the dealership. Tom was my salesman and worked very hard to get this deal for me. Kept in touch with me, and worked very hard to get my loan approval! Definitely would recommend!

Terrible customer service!! Stopped by and test drove a couple of trucks. I filled out application with Nic . The next day he requested more info which I provided. I Waited an entire day to hear back from him and no courtesy call, no nothing!. I decided to text him again to get updated status. No response to this very day!! My credit is not that bad and furthermore I would have purchased the truck with cash if hadn't been for poor customer service. There is something not right about this place! Stay away!

I was very confused, on some things that were visible to the naked eye, and after I mentioned still not take care off, later became more like I don't want to do business with one of the salesman. Very rough and unpolished but one other super nice. I did not buy do to these only person, and the unfinished prepared vehicles.
