Steve Schmidt GM

Scheduling was very easy. Greg Perry explained everything in a way I understood & he was personable. Service was done quickly with great technical communication. Every employee I came across was friendly. Waiting area was very nice & I appreciated the coffee. I do wish carwashes were available at the time of service but I am glad to know I can schedule through the service department.

Don’t Do It!!

Brought my truck in for oil change & tire rotation covered by my extended warranty when I went to pick my truck home I didn’t even make it home my truck started smoking on highway and leaking out tons of fluid I then paid to tow it back to see what the problem was that was Friday late afternoon now Monday morning 7:35am to be exact Mark the Big manager from the sales department calls to inform me remind you before they ever even looked at my vehicle again that they stopped taking my warranty apparently over the weekend they had my truck on they lot lol because they accepted it when I dropped my car off to get oul change that my warranty paid for but even if they did stop accepting it they wasn’t gonna even look and see why my car isn’t performing how it was when I brought it to them then I had to let him know this was unacceptable then he further said they will go ahead and check it then my vehicle is never allowed back 🤔🤨😏 like really unprofessional and RUDE I wouldn’t give them another $1 on min of my time Mark of the service department I would hope has part ownership or something because for him just being a service manager he all in one morning before 8am has stopped accepting warranties & customers not to mention is VERY unprofessional and will probably catch Steve Schmidt a law suit in the near future🙂 they don’t even deserve the one star but you have to click one and

New truck purchase. Unprofessional and kept my $5

Very unprofessional service I had a deal made trading in my suv on a new work truck on a Saturday evening. they wasn’t giving me much trade in on my suv. I put $500 deposit on the truck til Monday. Ended up selling my suv over the weekend. Called them Monday soon as they opened told them suv was sold. Don’t run anything. Told them I wanted to get a fancier truck now that things was better. They didn’t have a truck in hand. Was going to take a week to get what I wanted. I had no wheels to get around. Started looking around found a truck that afternoon and bought. Went to get my deposit back and they refused. Very unprofessional!!!! told me it was none refundable and should’ve waited for them to get me there truck. Will never do business with them again. Chris Martz is a very Unprofessional manager. Buyer Beware!
