I recently went looking for a used car and wanted to find a good deal with no hassle. David and Scott at Prospect Auto were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions with no pressure. They had a car fax ready when I arrived and gave me time alone to check out the car myself. They gave me a very quick turn around on finding financing even though I have less than perfect credit and made the deal go quickly and smoothly. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt like I got a good deal, and excellent service. the car was clean from top to bottom when I came to take it home and David even took me around the car to make sure I knew every detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car!

I just purchased a vehicle from Prospect Auto in Waltham, MA and I am very pleased with the experience. There was no 'heavy pressured sales', no 'pushy demands to BUY NOW'. I arrived to look at a specific truck, was left alone to inspect the vehicle, and was given a free CARFAX immediately. As a former used car salesperson and in a tiring search for the right vehicle, I was very happy with the experience. They even made sure that my concerns about the vehicle were checked by a technician and made right.

I understand that getting a poor review is frustrating, however the dealer's response justifies my original review. It's a low thing for someone to steal an oil and anti-freeze cap, but don't wrongly blame someone else for it. This dealer should have tried to resolve the matter with me, the reviewer, instead of posting falsified negative responses. I honestly hope my experiences will be helpful to both the dealer and any potential buyers. 3 Star average rating since another 1 star from the same reviewer wouldn't be fair.

Needed a new car. Got just what I waned, sales and service wonderful.
