Dealer sold vehicle and failed to cancel my appointment, drove 2.5 hours just to have them say they sold the car yesterday. Never once tried to reach me to update me on the situation.

Bought car from dealer and was promised it was reliable due to the fact that son was using it to go back and forth to college. Had nothing but problems from the start,owner said he would repair anything because he wanted it to be good experience for my son.had to take car back several times for work to be done while in 90 day warranty period. I have the service records of stuff that was supposedly done but parts were never replaced.Still having same issues with car from the beginning,the day after we bought it,took it to shop and they verified parts were never replaced that were written up on bill.Never again ,Lousy experience

We recently purchased a used Suburu from Whitaker Motors for our teenage daughter. The miles were high but the price was fair and they even gave a 30 day warranty. The car began making odd noises about a week after purchase and the check engine light came on. We called the dealer and were told to bring the car back. We left it for a week and they removed the troublesome aftermarket lift kit on the car and replaced the catalytic converter and oxygen sensor at no cost to us. The car is now quiet and handles better. Many thanks to Whitaker Motors for your integrity and great customer service.

I have never been so pleased with the service and care that I received purchasing a vehicle!!! They made sure that the vehicle we purchased was in the best condition it could be in motor wise and appearance wise before taking off the lot!! They also took the time to explain everything we needed to know in purchasing the car. Very friendly and pleasant atmosphere as well!!! Very pleased!!
