Wish I could give 0 stars, buyers beware. I had a sales guy that took me for a ride (first time buyer) and used pressure tactics, obfuscating my APR, driving me to the shop an hour from my home and I not having any way back if I didn't sign the paperwork. Was never told the APR and only glanced at it while signing papers. This has to be a violation of the Truth and Lending Act. The salesman also took my down payment over the phone and when I asked what was the information on the loan he only said he got me a great deal. IT WASN'T. My APR is over 16%. Now these scammers are sending me 3rd party warranties (scams) in the mail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. The finance manager yawned while I explained how his salesman called Josh took advantage of my ignorance being a first time buyer. I do have great credit over 700 which made me believe my APR would be much lower. The scammer never revealed it to me even after I asked the first day of making a down payment. Yes I was dumb for making a down payment over the phone but I had no transportation to go see the car. Will be finding a lawyer to put this fraudster behind bars soon.

They wouldn’t budge on price and went way over the payment amount I requested. The window was leaking, they said they would fix it. A month later and 2more trips from Montrose, I go to pick up and they lost my key fob! I highly do not recommend.
