This is the 2nd time buying a car at Lake Norman Hyundai!

This is the 2nd time buying a car at Lake Norman Hyundai! This is my 2nd Venue & Garrett was my sales person both times. He is very knowledgeable about their cars, the whole buying a car experience. He was excellent! Made offers, showed us different models, provided specific information. I did not feel rushed to make a decision. Finance & the sales manager were great as well, very helpful.

Orlando was the best!

Orlando was the best! Generally I detest the interference of Salespeople when I?m window shopping, they are so pushy & annoying. They sound very counterfeit. Orlando was welcoming, interested, inclusive & appeared to genuinely care about my feelings. My intention was not to purchase a new vehicle, but Orlando made me feel good about my decision and I drove away with a new car! Thank you Orlando, I?m happy!

Great service as always , soon as I drove in I was

Great service as always , soon as I drove in I was greeted and my cars service set up . I went and had a cup of coffee and relaxed in the showroom while they did the service on my car . They have serviced my Hyundai for 15 years . 5 stars in my book .

I purchased a new 2025 Tucson hybrid.

I purchased a new 2025 Tucson hybrid. The car is great; I have already taken it on an out of state trip and it handled beautifully. My initial review of the dealership was not favorable because of inconsistencies between the salesman's statements and what he delivered. However, the owner quickly noticed the review and contacted me directly to address my concerns. He moved very swiftly to rectify the issues and make everything right. I really appreciated his attention and consider myself a happy customer. If you are shopping there, know that the owner does care and will ensure you leave a happy customer.
