I had an excellent experience working with Nabil at Elk Grove Buick GMC ,from the moment I walked in ,they were very friendly , knowledgable and truly listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle ,he tool the time to answer all of my questions explain the feature f different models, and never made me feel pressured the entire process was snotty and stress free and I drove off feeling confident in my purchase if your looking for a great car buying experiences I highly recommended Nabil Ashofta .

The best car buying experience we have ever had!

The best car buying experience we have ever had! Frank Bravo was the first to approach us and he was very helpful and attentive to what we were looking for and helped us to purchase the right car. Buying a car is a long process, but Frank always made sure we were doing well through it. I cannot remember the Finance gentleman's name but he was wonderful too! We were going to look at other dealerships for other cars that we might be interested in, but we stayed the course with Frank and don't regret one moment of it. We went home with a 2025 Buick Envision Sport in Smokey Amethyst and absolutely love it! When we are ready to buy our next Buick, I sure hope Frank is still working there so we can purchase from him again!

Very bad experience for my visit on 1/8/2025.

Very bad experience for my visit on 1/8/2025. I'm so disappointed for the Elk Grove GMC. My advisor name: JOSEPH. and my SO#.547866. oil change and request tires rotate. I was there at 7:15am. Parked my truck at frond of the service office. ***I marked "x" on the side of the tire before I leave. (you can check there SECURITY CAMERA). I got a call at 5pm note my truck is ready for pick up. When I get there at cashier the invoice showed $29.95 for tire rotate. (I was book the service on line is showing free rotate.). After I double check the tire where I marked "x". I know it they did not do the job. I go back to the cashier and told them the happen, ........the answer is" we confirm and sure we did and no free services". OK, start lies. I said I need to talk to my advisor. "first answer, he want home." But he show out a few mines later. the answer is " I'm very sure we did the service and I stand there saw the mechanic rotate the tire. ..................!!!!!... Well, I try to calm them down and bring him to my truck and showed "x" where I marked on the tire. He suddenly quiet and silent.. sorry, sorry, sorry,................ and said come back on Monday, I will take care of it.. .. Cheat, Dishonest, A lot of lies. The GMC is the biggest brand in the world, Unbelievable is happens in U.S . I hope this is the only case and last to your customer, Please improved the quality of the vehicle and dealer 's services to keep our market strong. sincerely

We were there for 4+ hours and left without the truck we

We were there for 4+ hours and left without the truck we were told we were getting. When we called the sales rep when we got home, he mentioned he talked to his boss and they would make it "right." The next day my husband had to spend another 4 hours to clean up the mess they did the day before. A lot of unnecessary back and forth. They really need to pay attention to detail and not rush a sale! We also purchased the Cilajet package for our truck. We purchased the truck over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a call to schedule an appt to get this done. Super unprofessional. Don't offer a service you can't give in a timely manner or disclose this at the time of sale.

It was absolutely an exceptional experience coming all the way from Idaho to purchase our 2025 Buick Enclave . From the moment I made contact with Nabil (one of their most senior salesman), he made everything very, very easy. It could have been an intimidating venture, but Nabil was on top of everything, ensuring all our questions were answered and that the vehicle would be 100% ready upon our arrival. Nabil was even more than willing to come get us from the Airport We really felt we got the red carpet service the whole time. I particularly appreciated how responsive and thorough Nabil was to my texts It's not every day we'd travel as far as we did for a vehicle, but we're glad we did - nice job, everyone!
