On September 27, 2025 I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra from

On September 27, 2025 I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra from Schoepp Motors. I was told it came with a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on the engine, transmission, and drivetrain. I was told by the salesman, Eric Devine, “if the engine or transmission fail, you get it fixed at no cost. “Before purchasing the truck, my girlfriend asks about the warranty and the GM, Dave, said, “yes, it comes with a 3 month/3,000-mile warranty.” Having the vehicle for only 2 days I noticed a strong vibration while the transmission was attempting to upshift, like driving over rumble strips, while on the interstate. I also noticed the RMPs would spike when this happened. I called Schoepp Motors and dropped my truck off at their repair shop on October 2, 2025. They balanced and rotated the tires, then told me the truck was fixed. Of course it wasn’t. I dropped my truck back off at Schoepp’s repair shop on October 8, 2025. Two days later I was told the truck needed a new transmission. I then said that it should be covered under the warranty. The mechanic informed me that the truck only came with a 1-month warranty and only covers up to $1,000 dollars. After a lot of talking They agreed to put in a remanufactured transmission, but I would have to pay for $1,000 of it. I told them I would call them back in a minute. I looked through the paperwork I received with the truck and there was no warranty in formation included, even though I signed the warranty paperwork at the time of purchase. I had no choice but to agree to pay the $1,000 to have the transmission replaced. When I got by truck back on about a week and a half later, I took it for a test drive. And it drove fine on the interstate, but now, once the vehicle is at operating temperature, I put in park, then back into drive, and the transmission slips a few times before going into drive. After checking the transmission fluid, I found out there was an extra quart of transmission fluid in the transmission, which can cause seals to leak, foaming of the fluid which reduces lubrication and cooling, overheating, and erratic shifting. This can ultimately result in serious internal damage and the death of the transmission. I am currently setting up an appointment with my own mechanic to have the excess tranny fluid drained, ensure the transmission was installed correctly and give the entire vehicle a once over. I am also in the prosses for filing a clam with the Better Business Burrow and waiting on a consultation with a small clams attorney. Long story short, DO NOT BUY FROM SCHOEPP MOTORS. They are rip-off artists who employee scammers are used car salesmen. Save your time, money, and aggravation, buy from somewhere else.

Easy in and out.

Easy in and out. Price was right. Year was right. Mileage was right. I could not find a similar car in Eau Claire or the Twin Cities that rivaled the deals from Schoepp Motors. My first Lexus was from them. I had a problem after 4 years, but their warranty took care of that problem. I bought another Lexus because I liked the first one alot. Planning to come back in two years when my grandson will be ready for a car
