On March 18th of 2025 I purchased a used 2015 Acura MDX

On March 18th of 2025 I purchased a used 2015 Acura MDX with 72,000 miles on it from Paul of European Motorcars. Within 2 weeks of purchasing the car I was having issues with noise coming from the transmission. By the third week the noise had become worse. I contacted Paul on April 3rd letting him know i was worried, and needed to talk to the service tech about the issue, and get it in. Was told I would be contacted later. I again called the next day April 4th to stress I'm worried about the car, and that without it I can't get to work, get my kids from school, and will need to pay to get around until my vehicle is fixed. Paul replied that his mechanic had already spoke to me. This was a complete lie not only did I not have a missed call or voicemail, but I also was purposely waiting for the call the whole time. Now at this point I had missed my first day of work due to the issue. I told Paul I was not contacted, and needed to talk to the tech about the problem which Paul again said he would be contacting me. Saturday April 5th I reached out again to Paul and was told I wouldn't hear from anyone till Monday this now my second missed day of work. So Monday morning (my third missed day of work) I had the car brought to a Mechanic shop, because I need to have this car, or I'll loose my job. About an hour after my car was already in the shop Kevin left me a message saying " he was reaching out because Paul told him I might have a problem." Today I called Kevin back and was told "If you have further issues you can bring it here." I cannot believe this guy blew me off for 4 days without a vehicle, lied last week about calling me and couldn't even apologize. I had to loose multiple days from work, now going on 5 days without the vehicle I purchased less then a month ago. This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had not just buying a vehicle. I stressed when I met Paul I need something reliable in my price range, and that I was already at the max of what I could afford for a monthly payment. Used or not to have a vehicle you sold leave a customer stranded in 3 weeks is unbelievable, and has now completely drained me of what I had left in savings, made it so ive lost multiple days at work,and left me without a vehicle that I just payed 24k (after tax) for. All I can do now is pray to God i can make it through this time, and pray no one else has to go through what European Motorcars put me through. Car purchased March 18th to then be parked unusable April 4th.

I never saw the Honda Civic Type R in person.

I never saw the Honda Civic Type R in person. However, after looking that vehicle up on CarFax, I learned that it had been in an accident, which is and of major concern. I was never called by anyone to follow up with me to show me other vehicles that I might be interested in. Clearly you do not care about my interest in working with your dealership, so I will take my business elsewhere. I also will not recommend you to anyone I know.

Called to make an appt to diagnose my car.

Called to make an appt to diagnose my car. I did NOT know what was wrong with my Audi. My car had no power. I dropped it off to European motorcars they called me within an hr and half and had figured it out! 10/10 recommend staff are so professional, work is done with precise and good timing. You guys have a forever customer thank you!

Just purchased my first VW vehicle ever and couldn’t have

Just purchased my first VW vehicle ever and couldn’t have chosen a better sales person in Paul LaPierre for the job. He was professional, courteous, transparent and extremely patient. He kept me informed during every phase of the transaction leading to the sale. He and his finance manager Rob Cottingham worked on my behalf to secure the best deal and one that I am happy with. Rob is a true professional. Knowledgeable, transparent and honest. He ensured that I understood everything that I was signing and clarified the parts I didn’t understand. He patiently wakes me through the mound of paperwork and answered my questions honestly. He is also very funny and down to earth. The entire team was outstanding, amazing and again very professional. We were referenced to European Motors and made them our

We were referenced to European Motors and made them our first stop to finding a new used car…..they were our last stop! Paul and Rob were knowledgeable, friendly and took a no pressure approach. We found what we were looking for and ended up buying two cars. Facilities are spotless and the cars were detailed to perfection upon pick up. Highly recommend European Motors for any discerning car buyer. We will surely use them going forward for our car needs and service.
