Sales was easy to work with. Couple immediate issues, battery dead they gave me check for replacement within $10 of cost. 3 more issues within 3 weeks not covered under 12 month warranty. Error codes where deleted apparently not repaired. A worthy mechanic can tell how many codes deleted. ASE CERTIFIED doubt seriously. Cut my losses. Will not do business with this so called company again.

Was greeted promptly and shown vehicle promptly. Purchased that vehicle then was told only had 1 Fob & 1 KEY after signing contract. They did buy a new battery since was dead after purchase. Throttle Body quit working 1st week. ASE Certification appears to be unless. Was told you know you bought used truck.

I was recently looking for a used car on Cars.com, specifically a Buick LaCrosse. This search has been difficult at best because the model year I prefer is a 2013 thru 2016 and lower the mileage the better. I came across a 2016 Lacrosse with a little over 28000 miles and a beautiful metallic brown color. As I viewed and reviewed the different pictures of this sharp automobile, I noticed what looked like damage to the right upper trunk area below the deck spoiler. The trunk, if sectioned in 4 equal quadrants, sustained a caved in area in the upper passenger quad. I looked at every picture offered of the rear of the vehicle several times and determined this was actual body damage. I sent a message to Lakeway Auto via the Cars.com ad of this Buick with no response as yet. The dealership is approx 3 plus hours from Nashville and I would appreciate additional information before driving that direction. I am very interested in this car and hopefully someone will notify Lakeway about this situation. Sincerely, Rick Mason, Nashville, Tn
