Every time i go to get a oil change there is always a

Every time i go to get a oil change there is always a issue . This time I asked Jill to ask them to update the system software and she asked me did you try to do it ! then to have to wait 3 hours while people came in after me leave first then never once came out to explain anything with my car or tell me i needed new filters and I go walk over to see what she was doing, and she literally was sitting there doing nothing ! every single person got a free car wash ticket but me ! so then go to my car and see that the system update wasn’t even updated ! I definitely will be returning my lease when it is up and going somewhere else ! And I’ve been a customer since 2017 !

I went to Honda of Westport today for oil change.

I went to Honda of Westport today for oil change.Julio,the service desk guy,was great.Since it was my first visit to that location,he showed me everything and explained in details about the services itself. He made the experience very enjoyable and I am very happy with his help as well.Thank you so much Julio.

I recently took my car to Honda of Westport for an oil change, and I have to say, I was beyond impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Domonique was welcoming and professional. She made scheduling my appointment super easy. Domonique is always super helpful.

Vinny took great care of me, insuring that all the issues with my car were taken care of. Great service as usual. I've been taking my Hondas to Honda service for about 20 years.

Henry is a very knowlegeable advisory.

Henry is a very knowlegeable advisory. I will be asking for him on my next service!! I asked about a part on the car, Henry didnt think it was normal for it look the way it did, and he came back in and stated auto techs said it wasnt right and the part is being replaced. Nice to know everyone listened when I bought up the concern!! Thank you Henry!!!
