Ted's Auto Sales, Inc.

I wrote a review on Ted's auto sales about a month ago and since then the owner decided to reply. He made two points that i want to comment on. When i originally called Ted's i was told the car was in great condition. I took it to my mechanic and he said the vehicle needed a thousand dollars put in it immediately. In Ted's reply they said i made them a low ball offer. The vehicle asking price was 8, 900 and my offer was for 9,000 i don't believe that was a low ball offer since i was told the vehicle was in great condition. Also Ted's said that they never did find anything wrong with the vehicle. My mechanic not only told me what was wrong with the vehicle he showed me. I seen the one part that was broken and just hanging there i have absolutely have no idea how any mechanic could miss that.

I have bought several cars over the years from Ted, Craig and Ron. They are good people who make every effort to do you right. Used cars are a tricky business, because sometime when they get trade ins, they are not told everything. Whenever I have experienced any type of an issue, Ted always stood behind his cars. If you know Ted, he is very honest. If you don't know Ted, you should, he will treat you right. Highly recommend.

Purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Touareg from Teds 6-7 months ago. I should have written this review a long time ago. Bottom line they sold me a vehicle with major mechanical problems. The front differential needed replacement from the day I purchased. The replacement cost is 5 to 6 thousand dollars. I can only drive the vehicle a few miles from home. I should have filed a lawsuit . Let the buyer beware.

They had everything I was looking for in a new truck. The price was good and the salesman was knowledgeable. They would have had perfect score but the bathroom sink didn’t seem to have hot water, I can live with that for the deal I got though.

Very simple process. No pressure negotiations and honest communication from the start. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Ted’s because I have bought the last three cars from there.

my name is tom and i had been looking for a nice toyota prius for a while . i found one that caught my eye on car gurus. I was leery at first cause teds was an unheard of lot to me . i was pleasantly surprised. very good experience . ron and kraig is who i dealt with and they were fair in their pricing and the car was very nice.they put new brakes.calipers,rotors on the vehicle ran great. After purchasing prius (my luck always )it started making rattleing noise and i went back to see kraig and he was very accomodating and let me put prius up on their lift free of charge. i found it was a heat shield on the exhaust and easily remedied. since then car has proved to be very sound as i took three trips in vehicle - one to chicago and two to southern ohio. My experience at teds was this- fair pricing, honest personel , quality vehicle. If this is what youare looking for, great chance you'll find it at Ted's Auto Sales of Louisville, Ohio!

We were looking for a specific car. And inquire. It took two weeks for the dealer to respond. Maybe because it was a lower priced car I guess.

Teds Auto Sales couldn’t have made the entire buying process simpler! I found a car on cars.com, the father and son combo got us our test drive, answered all of our questions, communicated with our bank and had everything ready when we returned. The car was a fantastic value with low mileage and very clean. It runs like a dream too!
