Bobby was very helpful, honest and fair. The service was prompt. I was very comfortable in the service center a d everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Dropped my car off and had an incredibly friendly representative greet me. I was called promptly when my car was ready. Overall a very pleasant experience. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to remove the plastic covering off the seat and the paper floor mat prior to returning the car to the owner. Thank you for providing exceptional service. It was quick, friendly, and very easy.

First experience with Honda of the Avenues and it was well worth it. The salesman, Richard Norton, did an exceptional job. He was a seasoned veteran that did not put any pressure and made you feel at ease. We connected over the phone, text, and finally in person for the purchase. He gave me prices on different models/options while corresponding promptly throughout the day. Everyone in the dealership seemed happy as well. I was given a complete explaination of what was going to be done to my car. Even though the cost of the service was more than I had been quoted at another repair shop I felt like I would be getting better service and parts here.

Yet again, my service advisor Will was exceptional. Curtious, friendly, knowledgeable and delivered on his promise to complete service on my car in less than an hour. He should be generously rewarded for the customer service skills. If I were the service manager I would make every effort to keep him happy. Great team. Waiting room area was clean and refreshments provided. Overall this was a satisfying experience for servicing my vehicle. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone with a Honda.
