Service was good. Went in for recall to Tite bolts in rear seat recall. For what ever reason they went in under my hood and forgot to latch it. The hood popped up going down the highway.

When I drove in for my oil change appointment a guy
When I drove in for my oil change appointment a guy walked by me and asked if I had an appoinmet and I said yes and he said really then he just walked away without saying anything else and leaving me in the service bay with no one else around. A few minutes later, another guy came and checked me in. The 1st guy went into an office. It turned out that it was Brian, your service manager. Not a good 1st impression of your customer service with his greeting. He later checked me out and was nicer then.
