Service was good.

Service was good. Went in for recall to Tite bolts in rear seat recall. For what ever reason they went in under my hood and forgot to latch it. The hood popped up going down the highway.

They were very fair to deal with and great about following up with us. Price negotiation was fair as well. We had contacted other dealerships prior to our purchase but its became obvious that choosing St Cloud Toyota had become the clear choice.

I like a quick and easy transaction.

I like a quick and easy transaction. St Cloud did that. All negotiations were done ahead of time. Went in, drove the truck, liked it and checked out. 2 1/2 hours total. Would have went a little faster if Caleb wasn't working two deals at a time. Not a big deal, my dad was a car salesmen and you have to make hay when the sun shines.

I contacted Saint Cloud Toyota in early May with a few

I contacted Saint Cloud Toyota in early May with a few questions about a car that was for sale on their website. I received an email back from Jordon Minks asking me if I had any questions, but my questions originally asked were never answered. I received my answers, after a second request. I continued with a few more questions after that. On June 4th I called Jordon and explained I would be coming in on June 21st to look at the car (I live out of state) I proceeded to asked if he would take a deposit to hold the car till I could get there. He should’ve known I was interested in the car with the questions I was asking and the additional photographs I was requesting He replied no I can’t take a deposit to hold the car. I proceeded to booked my airline tickets, rental car, hotel, and auto transport to purchase the vehicle, and bring it home. After not hearing anything from Jordan, I called him to remind him I would be in this weekend to look at the car, only to find out the vehicle had been sold yesterday. Being a good salesman is following up with customers who are interested in purchasing a vehicle, not turning around and saying he didn’t hear anything back from me. I am extremely disappointed in your Internet sales department and the lack of follow up with customers.
