The service department advisors manage an immense amount of customers and do the best they can. Toyota should pay attention to these staff to make sure they do not get burned out.

Service for cars are great, but no inventory, and won't

Service for cars are great, but no inventory, and won't help look for used toyota's within the state, probably why a long term manager moved to a different dealership

The service staff was very kind and respectful even

The service staff was very kind and respectful even though I was 15 year old vehicle. They didn’t even mention the year of my vehicle. Other places would say something.

Maintenance was done on time.

Maintenance was done on time. Car wash included! Thank You! In interacting with James on my checkout there was some confusion because of my extended maintenance plan and its expected expiration. I concluded that the software application being used was NOT user friendly. James did a great job in also advising me about how and when to renew my extended maintenance plan. Very good advice!! Clean and friendly.

Clean and friendly. Sometimes fast servers Sometimes long wait times. Was not expecting at $90 oil change when the time before was only $70
