Kelly's gets five stars all around! Really nice cars, fair prices and friendly service! I bought a truck and had a minor issue shortly after I took it home. Kelly asked me to bring it back and had it fixed right away! By far the best experience I've had in buying a car!

Keith and Kelly are wonderful to work with. I searched all across the US for a trailblazer under certain mileage and at a good price and found it on his lot. I flew from Alabama to purchase this vehicle. My first flight ended up getting messed up so they stayed open late and picked me up from the airport just to get this vehicle. I was leery about buying it without having someone else look at it and Kelly assured me that if anything was wrong he would handle it. Even my loan officer enjoyed working with them! Thank you both for your hard work and patience! The drive from the lot to Michigan and then Michigan to Alabama was flawless!

Went there 1st on a rainy night. Went to many dealers that night. Only place where someone came out in the rain. Went back next day. Dealt with Mike. He's been there 10+ years. Nice cars nice guy. Was honest which is hard to find nowadays. Got a great 2009 ford with only 48,000 miles. Price was comparable to blue book. I would recommend these guys to friends and family.

Went to Kelly's after I saw a car my son liked online. Mike helped my son establish credit and we purchased a 2007 chevy impala. After 2 months a problem arose with the traction control. Called Mike to ask him if he knew someone who could take a look at it. Not only did he recommend someone but he took care of the bill. I thought that was awesome considering we bought as is and he didn't have to do that. I highly recommend Kelly's auto for your next used car.

Dealt with Kelly. He was very pleasant, responsive and respectful (went alone as a woman). Also, very efficient and had most things lined up before I drove the hour drive. When I came back to get it, he had fixed a small dent that I asked if he wouldn't mind fixing (for free). A few weeks later, a had trouble (not really trouble, but the person who had the car before me had put some fancy spark plug wires on it ... no one would have noticed by looking the car over that they didn't fit tight. One had come loose and they had to be replaced with the proper wires. Kelly covered it without even having to go back down there from Cleveland. I highly recommend. Mary

I purchased a 2007 Monte Carlo in mid Sep. Car was actually better than advertised. It was fully serviced and had all new brake tie rods and lower control arm bushings installed. Car had 59000 miles on it but it ran and drove like new. Mike even worked with me on price. Had car 2 days and it started making a loud noise under the dash. I googled it and found it was a relay switch for a.c. Called Mike and even though I bought the car as is he ordered the part and fixed it free of charge. Unlike big dealerships they don't pressure you to buy something you can't afford. When they first started at this location they were just another small car lot among many on Lincolnway. Since then they have grown to become one of the nicest car lots in that area. They must be doing something right. I would buy another vehicle from them.

They serviced the car before I bought my Saturn. They put new tires and front brakes on the car. The employees are really nice and make you feel comfortable. Kelly auto sales has decent realiable cars for good prices
