Steve Evans my sales rep was wonderful to work with making the buying experience the best ever. Greg Nelson took the time to meet me as a new customer and showed genuine interest in my automotive needs. Greg's sister Brenda took care of all the paper work and never once put me through the typical F & I torture. My final analysis is, buying a new car has never been a better experience. These people remember the importance of the personal side of doing business. Sort of how business was once done. Purchased a vehicle and traded in my vehicle, November 2016. Great experience! I pointed out a dent in the right passenger door. The salesman said he would have it repaired. This past week the dent was repaired. I can't tell the dent was there!! The salesman was Will Gunn.

My wife and I have been looking for a specific car and they have the car. We have not purchased the car yet, but I can tell these folks know how to service their cars. We went over the car and before they will sell the car they want to totally detail and go over the car with a fine tooth comb!!! We did examine the car and found some concerns but Greg Nelson was right on it!!! I am 100%sure if we decide to purchase this car it will be Top Notch before we test drive it and that everything will be completed as we discussed.

From the viewing to driving off the lot, the experience were the absolute best. The owner actually came out to tue vehicle to shake my hand and thank me. It was a beautiful experience.

I was looking for a used BMW X5, clearly Nelson Auto Group offered the best price by far. From the sales person all the way up to the owner, they were fair, polite and possessed the proper deal closing skills. I would buy from them again.

I was referred by a friend to come here and look at a car and he said said I should ask for Jerry. I was very suprised when he came and introduced himself because he is a very young man. After talking with him for the next couple hours he is one of the nicest people I have ever met and is always polite. He really has a passion for cars and knows more than any other salesman I have ever met. Overall I was very pleased with the car I bought and the way I was treated. The next time I am looking for a car I will no doubt come back here first and I hope Jerry will still be there when I do.

There is only one word I can use to describe this dealership, "awesome". Everyone there is really friendly and this isn't a place where your're going to get low balled. Everyone of their cars is very clean and they have one of the biggest showrooms I've ever seen. I worked with Jerry and he was a great help to get the car we wanted at a great price
