Soon as you buy a car. No one honors their promise
I recently purchased a vehicle there. Notice that there was something wrong with the vehicle the next day and took it back to the dealer. Received promise that the vehicle would be repaired. And I will be called to let me know when my appointment was. Never received a phone call. I called several times left messages. And was just giving the run around the whole time. I would never buy a vehicle from them again and I would never recommend that anyone buy a vehicle from them.

One of the worst
Discussed history on a vehicle all morning with them, made them an offer on a car, no call back. You can tell by the lack of professional attitude (treating you as a lesser person) that they will only do business with customers that they can get over on. Posting on vehicle was not correct.

Haimes motors
july 4th 2015,i found the car i liked on line,called them at 12 noon to verify that the car still available,by 4 pm i drove my 2012 mercedes E300 off their lot. graet experiance and enjoyed doing business with them. Livan,my sales person was awesome and very porfesional,i believe the whole staff are graet,however i had the pleasure meeting livan,graet guy,look him up if you are in the market for a awesome used car.

Waste of Time
I contacted this dealer through the cars.com site asking for a few simple answers to some questions I had regarding two Mercedes S550's they were selling. I received a text from a salesperson named Livan saying only to contact him for all my car buying needs. No answers to the rudimentary questions that I asked were included in the text. It was annoying, but I repeated the questions directly to Livan through text. He only responded with his phone number and the address of the dealership. Again, no answers to any of the questions I had. I try my best to avoid working with people who waste my time. I bought a car from another dealership two days later. All he had to do was read an email and respond to it. Is that so hard?

Happy Customer
The customer service and buying process was a breeze thanks to Sergio. I saw the car online, submitted a request for more information and within 24 hours I got a call from a salesman. I didn't think I would've been able to purchase the car I wanted but Sergio made it happen. Despite all of the doubts and questions, he made me realize I should purchase what I want and like. I'm loving the car thus far. Oddly enough once I told others where I purchased the car they also had friends who purchased cars from Haims and they were satisfied as well.

Be very careful ! buy at your own risk!
please be very careful when considering Haims! They are not honest. Long story short, they would tell you every and anything for you to come in. once you get there they tell you to forget what they told you on the phone, because that person was wrong or new or just make appointments (why would u have people like that working for your company?). i spoke to a secretary that darn near sealed the deal on the phone, he assured me that i was definitely getting a car. All the great things i was told was a complete lie! The manager doesn't care about much he just forces options on you and its take it or leave it! Also while i was there 3 of their customers tried to stop me from losing money. They told me do not buy there! they wouldn't recommend Haims to their worst enemy! In the end i never bought the car from them because i kept getting the run around from the dealer and every time I called for a follow up they said they will have to get back to me. To this day i'm still waiting on a call back.

Great service - good follow up and communicaton. I saw a car I was interested in on Cars.com. I stopped in and Roman was courteous and helpful. I purchased the car and am happy with the car and the service at Haims Motors.
