JT's Wheels 'N' Deals

TERRIBLE!! I told JT that I had cash offer and all I wanted him to do was send me a walk around video of the bike running. He refused. I explained to him that I am driving 9 hours, 1 way and he STILL refused to send a simple video. Terrible customer service!

Found the exact car I was looking for - old, reliable, and in fantastic condition for its age. Justin buys many of his cars locally so he understands the history behind them. This particular car was 13 years old, yet the inside looked brand new, and the outside was in unusually good condition for the car's age. The car drove very well and I was surprised what was available in that modest price range. Justin himself is a young man who loves buying and selling cars. He personally assisted in obtaining my PA temporary registration (easy), and returning my rental car, since i was an out of town buyer. I also found Justin to be extremely polite, friendly and professional while answering my questions via email, providing detailed pictures of the car I was interested in, and returning my phone calls. His store features some very nice cars, and many antique pieces of nostalgia that someone of middle age will truly appreciate. I was a little bit weary going to a used car dealership but my husband is friends with the owner and talked me into it. And boy am I glad he did!! We sold my car though him and Justin also helped us get an amazing car for an even better price!! Brand new tires, fully inspected, and so much more! This is a family owned company and it shows. Justin was patient and honest and helped us through the entire process. I would definitely go through him again and recommend him with high regards!!

I bought a jeep from JT when I was in college he gave me a great deal and the car did me well until it got too old. I was able to sell it back to JT for a fair price and put it towards a new car. I bought a 2005 Mercury mountaineer and it had some problems with the alternator it was under no warranty. I called JT and he bought me a new one and took it to my mechanic to put it in. I would recommend anyone to buy from JT because he sells great cars and will stand behind what he sells.

What a great experience. There was no pressure at all from the sales guy. All of there cars were very clean. They offered me a Carfax with out me even asking!
