Had to do my research to find the vehicle I wanted

I was looking for a specific color and option combination and if I had not previously searched online for what I was looking for this dealership did not make the effort to find what I wanted. I had to tell them where it was located, they really did not want to go to another dealer to get what I wanted but to try and get me to buy one of their in house vehicles. Once I provided them with this info they were then willing to pull from the other dealer.

Great experience

Our sales person was wonderful. He explained everything in and out of the suv. We are very happy with our suv. Everyone in the dealership were very friendly.

Wasted Time

Service was done to our satisfaction. The service advisor was courteous and informative to our needs. Our wait time was within reason even though I would have liked it shorter. Our Tucson was given the 1000 mile inspection and it was washed for us. Overall our experience with Jenkins was excellent.
