Larry Frank was outstanding. When we came in on 09 July 2016, We were not really expecting to be treated as great as we were treated. Yes we had to wait for him to finish with prior customers, it was no issue because the way he handled the situation you did not feel like another customer or number in line. He was no nonsense with the business but could make you laugh. He really made Apollo's guaranteed approval policy live up to it purpose. At no time did we feel that we were leaving empty handed. I walked into the dealership not sure what to expect, as this was a first time car purchase, I was immediately greeted by Bob Weiner who was more than happy to assist me and my girlfriend. He was very personable and not your typical "salesman" which I greatly appreciated. It was a smooth transition from meet and greet to finalizing the deal. A few times, I felt I was holding him up from continuing his daily job but he was more than happy to continuing assisting me. I would recommend this place, as well as salesman, to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle.

We came to Apollo after getting a pre-approval for a car loan on another website. We were looking for a reasonably priced, reliable used car for my daughter, and she saw one on line that she absolutely fell in love with (an '06 Mercedes), available at a very fair price. Before we arrived, I received a call from Jesse who told me he was the "finance guy" at Apollo, and who assured me we could get the payment we were pre-approved for. Carlo was the salesman who waited on us and was brave enough to take a test drive with my teenage daughter. We explained what we expected to pay as per the pre-approved website, and Carlo worked with Jim the manager so that we not only got the monthly payment we wanted but at a much better interest rate than expected! There were a couple of minor issues with the car (a cracked windshield and a non-working door handle) and they agreed to fix them without hesitation as part of the sale. Throughout the sale, Carlo was very attentive and courteous, and did not waste time getting the paperwork together. Some of the other staff (whose names I unfortunately don't know) also helped my daughter figure out how to use some of the car's features while we were busy with the paperwork. After we got the car home, we expressed some concerns about another issue that popped up (a brake light that came on) and the folks at Apollo were very accommodating. We brought the car in and Kevin, the service manager (a genuinely nice guy) had it checked out completely and took care of all our concerns free of charge. He gave us lots of tips and advice on how to keep the car in good shape and good running condition for years to come. Carlo and Jim (the manager) even came out to the service area when we picked up the car to make sure everything was okay. Overall, it was an excellent experience especially compared with a recent experience I had with another used car dealer who didn't want much to do with us after we drove off the lot. I get the impression that, even after the sale is made, Apollo genuinely cares that you are satisfied and happy with the purchase.

I am very un satisfied with the service . They added the vehicle warranty with out discussing with me .Then I requested for cancellation of the warranty after 2 months still my paperwork is not send to cancel the warranty . No one is responsible and several phone calls I made is in vein . I have not able to talk to the manager who may be busy . Very sad to say there is no one in responsible

Carlo was great! He took the time to help us get the price we could afford and was so personable with my husband and family.
