BEST EXPERIENCE!

Jamie Bonilla gave me really good customer service, A plus quality. She's a great salesman! I test drove several vehicles and she was not in a rush to make a deal. I'm really happy with her service! Thanks for the hat btw! Love it! I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Amazing Experience

We have been in the market for about a month to buy a Honda Pilot. We got the run around from many dealerships and also when we went in to some dealerships (ex: Honda of Pasadena) we were disregarded and they seemed indifferent about doing business with us. Chris Sandoval was who we spoke with over the phone. He was professional, informative and honest. There was NO hidden cost unlike the dealerships. We knew what the cost was right out the door, they did not waste our time. When we went to Galpin Honda today, Hugo Ruiz did an amazing job. He was patient and thorough when showing us the features of the car and through the whole paperwork procedure. He was very personable and went above and beyond to accommodate our wants/needs. He put a lot of effort in finding us the best financing deals. He was able to answer all of our questions and was able to double check on the questions he wasn't very sure of. Hugo's knowledge of the car and explanation of the transactions made us feel very confident and comfortable with our purchase. We felt very taken care of by this dealership. Aside from Hugo doing a fantastic job, we would love to commend Mark Khaki for the final steps in purchasing our new Honda Pilot. He gave us a GREAT deal on maintenance packages. He was patient throughout the lengthly process of filling out the paperwork and he impressed us with his happy attitude though it was already closing time. We thank every single person we dealt with today at Galpin Honda and we absolutely LOVE the way they take care of their customers. We would HIGHLY recommend them and this dealership to every one of our friends.

Good customer service

Hugo Ruiz gave me really good customer service, A plus quality. Great guy and good salesman. Waiting for my vehicle to be ready was extremely long and exhausting. I was not happy about that.

Michael Fogelman is THE MAN!!!

I don't have enough good things to say about Michael Fogelman. We found a used car on Galpin's site, and told him we wanted to test drive. When we showed up, he and the car were waiting for us. My wife and I took turns (while the other stayed with the baby). When we weren't as wowed by the car in person as we were online, Mike not only helped us find the car we were REALLY looking for, but he helped us get it at an even better price than the one we originally came to see! We love Galpin, we love Honda, and we LOVE LOVE LOVE Mike!

Great experience

We are Galpin Honda repeat customer. We just bought a new Accord 2017.We like Galpin & Our Salesperson Chaudry Ahmed. He always take care of everything, from start to end of the deal. Very friendly , helpful. We always go & look for him. We recommend our friend & family to go Galpin Honda & ask for Chaudry.
