Great Pre-Buying Experience - Terrible Post-Buying

Great Pre-Buying Experience - Terrible Post-Buying Experience. I recently purchased a new Ford Expedition from Friendly Ford and had a great experience with the team. Good price on the car, helpful team. However, I had some minor problems with the car that the team said they could easily fix for me after the sale and have found it impossible to get anyone even on the phone, much less to help. I’ve called the employee multiple times over the last 6 weeks with not so much as an answer or returned call. Not so Friendly Ford, I would take my business elsewhere.

I had my Ford bronco picked up for a recall service, when

I had my Ford bronco picked up for a recall service, when I got it back and drove it I heard a Part fall ... Turns out they didn't screw the fan of the radiator cover. Car is over heating and the charging is not working meaning alternator usually... My thing is that it is a car dealership, you would also check if everything else and if they saw something else wrong I was told I would be made aware to see if I would want to fix it or not but I didn't. I got my car back messed up. I got it towed back on Friday and still don't have a car.. I am upset and disappointed. I have errands to run and places to be and I don't have a car. Make sure if you get a recall done to check your car before leaving or before the tech leaves.ian has been helping me and been helpful with this issue but it's crazy how the dealership let this happen.

Unprecedented lack of action by friendly ford to unclog

Unprecedented lack of action by friendly ford to unclog unjustified frozen wired funds in their bank (of America) for a truck purchase. Has taken over 2 weeks and may still require legal action. One 30 minute trip to their local bank could have fixed this. It's not like there is a general manager vending machine around the corner, so,...is what it is (again). Zero stars not available

Typical dealership.

Typical dealership. I started asking questions about specific prices and Friendly Ford totally ignored my emails and pricing requests. 99.9 percent of car dealers are xxxxxxxx and Friendly Ford falls into this category. Sad fact that most car dealers are NOT your friends!

My worst car buying experience ever in 34 years, eight

My worst car buying experience ever in 34 years, eight cars, was at Friendly Ford in 2007. Now my second worst ever is again at Friendly FordMarch 2025. Showed up on Friday afternoon. Salesman, Eduardo, approached me. We spoke for a few minutes. I asked him not to play the dealership customer negotiation game and just give me a respectable offer on my trade-in. He went to talk to his people and came back with an offer of 13,000 and change. I thought that was a slap in the face according to what I saw on Kelly blue book and prices around the country and in town for a vehicle just like mine. Now I’m mad and aggressive and we’re playing the game! I said no to the offer got my car turned around in the parking lot and began to leave. Someone yelled my name and came up to my window. He said he was a sales manager and he offered me 15,000 for my trade-in. I knew it was a lie just to hook me to save the sale, but I was gonna do my hardest to have him stick to it. I found out later. It was a lie. One of his own employee said so by calling him a liar. Later that evening I went to AutoNation for a trade-in value and they offered Me close to what was Ford‘s first offer of 13,000 and change. I was told that was the best they could do. I said no I started walking out the door within less than a minute somebody calls my name and says they can offer me a better offer than Ford, which again maid me mad because of the game, so I left knowing that now at least I should be able to getthe 15,000 from Ford because AutoNation was going to do more. Eduardo called me the next day Saturday to try to save the deal. The numbers he gave me and the research I did with trading values of my car in town around the country compared to similar vehicles state taxes all the things needed to know the numbers to put together to negotiate, didn’t match up to me. He finally tells me they want 16,000 out the door which was $2000 over they’re asking price for the vehicle I wanted to purchase and they still hadn’t told me what they’re gonna give me for my trade-in. The negotiation became a mess and a man named Darrell called me again to try to save it. That’s when it got bad! He was annoying and pushy and he manipulated the numbers and thought I was stupid and wouldn’t catch it. He took 2000 and change off of one thing like he was doing me a favor but then he offered me more than $2000 less than the original Ford offer of 13,000 and change. We argued, I reminded him of the offers and he called his employees liars. I got to the point where I was done and said, unless you’re gonna make me an offer that I just can’t pass up don’t Call me again. My mistake is that I’m the type Of person who puts extreme value in customer service. I found the owner of the dealership and contacted him to tell him what had happened because his business is known online anyways for having accolades and awards for outstanding customer service. Lol! I couldn’t tell him the whole story but he listened to some things and said he was gonna make a call and call me back in a few minutes. He said that multiple times. I was very respectful to him. Yes sir no sir. It’s been two days and I haven’t heard from him. He’s a businessman so if he took his staffs word I get it but they’re also fighting for a job to keep so who knows what they would tell him, especially after all the lies and deceit and trickery I experienced they’re capable of a lot. I’ve had six Ford vehicles in my life three at Friendly Ford and this would’ve been my fourth at Friendly Ford. I’ll never go back there again. I hope people don’t judge me for this post and realize what car dealerships do and the games they play as I like to call it. I don’t know how many people know what I know, but I wish I could tell everybody so people don’t get burned anymore because they do every time they go to a car dealership and buy a car. That’s unless you don’t care about money.

Horrible.

Horrible. Did exactly what we told them not to do at every turn. Lied about giving KBB value for our Kia. Tried to short us by nearly 5 grand! We told the salesman not to bring their manager over. They did! We walked away and never going back!

When taking my car in for a TCM RECALL they told me they would have to hold my car for two wks just to diagnose it. Not a day fix as I was told on the phone. No rental, no loaner… just not my problem kind of attitude. I’ll lose my job without transportation. Worst service ever. So glad I took a day off work for nothing. Rude.

They commit THIEVERY in a legal way .

They commit THIEVERY in a legal way . And MOCK & BELITTLE CUST😔MERS. FAULTY CAR PARTS are put in cars and used through THEIR Warranties. D😔N’T EVER trust them and RUN away as fast as Y😔U can because they will backstab along with the fraudulent behaviors the have committed. THE FORD TEAM should be called THE FRAUD TEAM! You would think after spending $20,000 on car repairs with them in a two-year timeframe. Your car wouldn’t be broken. and one of the team members name Al, who works at the Friendly Ford on Decatur in Las Vegas wouldn’t be part of the mocking behavior and telling you your car is not worth that much and my reply back to him was it is now. And I absolutely have no stars complete thumbs down, and do not recommend THE FRAUD TEAM To any individual EVER(L😔🧲)!!!!!!
