Great Cars at a Great Price

Came in to the shop yesterday looking to trade in my Suzuki Verona. The owners were more than accommodating with my asking price and got me into a very loaded Buick Rainier. After working with me they got me into this car very easily and cheaply. I went from a 4 door car to an AWD SUV in less than 8 hours. I will definitely be coming back here for my next couple cars. Thank You Liberty Motors for the great car !

great dealership!!

i bought a vehicle from liberty motors about 4 months ago, upon first looking at the vehicle i was very hesitant because it had 182k miles; but the salesman assured me to not let the miles deter me at least until after i take it for a test drive. let me tell you he was right the car drove as if it only had 20k on it. so i decided to take the chance and go with the car and after another 5k miles i have yet to have any issues and the car drives just the same as the way it did when i bought it. i really liked the sales environment at liberty motors because they took the time to really help me find the car that was best for me and my needs (which is something hard to find these days i feel like most places just want to take your money and say good rid-dens). i will definitely be returning to liberty motors!!

Very Ignerant

My and My father were in there and there customer service rep was very rude would not answer questions or even show miles on the cars all they were worried about was money ... Just saying money comes with service no ones going to hand you money for a vehicle if you wont answer question.

great customer service made buying my truck super!

liberty is great!! made buying my truck super easy, they even went to the dmv for me. the sales rep went beyond my expectations for finding a way to make the sale work. i will be going back to liberty for my next vehicle!!

Amazing customer service!

Buying my car was from Liberty Motors has been a great experience. The price was great for a southern car and the carfax report reassured me that I was getting a great deal. The customer service at Liberty Motors is top notch. Not only did they go out of thier way to get me right into the car I wanted but they have also been thier any time I needed an oil change or basic maintenance for the car. I highly recommend this car if you are looking for a quality vehicle and excellent customer service!

GOOD FOR THEIR WORD!

I recenty bought a used car from Liberty Motors, with a limited 1 month/1000 mile warranty. During that time, I had an issue with the transmission leaking and a check engine light. I contacted Jeff, the owner, and he promtly had my car repaired at no cost, nor with any complaint. The transmission was leaking again and I presumed that it was the same issue. I took the car back shortly after the 30 day mark and the mechanic identified the problm as a worn transmission hose. Although they were under no obligation to repair my car, they did and at no charge. You often hear stories regarding used car dealers, however, I had an excellent experience dealing with liberty motors and would do business with them again.

happy buyer

After buyin my grand AM I walked away happy and when i had to bring it back they were quick on the repairs.also the repairs were done right the first time...

Upset in Hamburg

We recently purchased a vehicle from the dealer for a good amount of money. All was fine until about 7 days later. The vehicle was leaking fluids so if took it in to be serviced which they did no problem. The next day it started leaking again so i took it back a second time. They said it was finally fixed and i believed them. Once again it started leaking but this time they refused to fix it without me buying the parts. I had already given them all the money I had so now I am stuck with a broken vehicle and I dont think this is fair. They obviously dont stand behind their vehicles. They apparently fake fixing problems so that it goes beyond the limited warranty leaving the consumer to have to pay for something that they were responsible for in the first place. Customer satisfaction is not a priority with them and i will never return to them or recommend them to no one. If you like being ripped off this is the dealer for you! The initial problem started after a week it should be their responsibilty!

Great all around service.

jeff and his team at liberty Motors are forth right when it come to letting you about your car and well not let you spend money that doesn't need spending.I highly recommend jeff and his team at Liberty Motors.
