I want to say I purchased a new card today and Derrick was most helpful getting me started with the process. He explain the process and things went extremely good and fast. Mr. E is the greatest. He got me in and out of there in no time, got me approved quickly and the process was a good experience working with him. Thank for making my purchase easy and quick. Derrick and Mr. E. Carxoom. Oh by the way this is my second purchase from them and each time was a great experience.

Please avoid this place at all cost! They sold me a Toyota Camry a month ago that is now no longer safe to drive. Windshield needed to be replaced, Shocks and Struts shot, Gas tank completely rusted among many other components. Again DO NOT BUY A CAR from this place they do not perform any service to these cars so drive off the lot at your own risk.

I bought a really nice (on the surface) Black 2013 BMW 650I M6.. I drive LESS than 2500 miles per YEAR. It sits in my garage on a carpet…. Ok so one month Police give me a ticket because windows were too dark…then a month later I’m dead stopped at a drive thru….one at a time a month apart …BOTH fuel pumps blew one right after the other dealt with that for months it kept breaking down back and forth to the dealer… this cost just over $1000 and $400 more in tows because the car would just stop without warning.. I asked when it happened at test drive with dealer before I bought it why it just stops…and they said “ohhh that’s just the automatic shut off” at lights or when you slow down it’ll shut itself off… and he’d start flipping switches to distract me… (hind site right) … Then I’m driving down 75 in bumper to bumper 90+ degrees high stress traffic and it dies again…. I thought I was gonna get killed. These cars can not be towed or pushed off the highway.. if it stops your stuck you can not shift into neutral…. Well I waited in the center lane until it cooled enough to start.. I’m lucky I didn’t get hit or shot….and eventually it started and I went up a ramp off 75. Had to be Towed again to the bmw dealer… are you ready $19000.00 in repairs…. Leaks inside the engine, and oil pan, valves needed replacing, window washing pump and all that piping needed total replacing, Total wiring harness needed to be rewired, rear bushings needed to be replaced. Fuel sensor needed replacing, door motor in handle for window and door needed replacing. $19000. I needed to take a LOAN to fix this new $28,000 car because it was so new to me, I couldn’t resell it I owed to much. Couldn’t trade it I owed to much… I got F’d Royally… Stay the xxxx AWAY you’ve been WARNED.. never in my life have I ever been screwed like this.. and Lemon Laws in GA only apply to new cars… don’t believe what people say!!!!

Walked outside with salesperson to test drive but after looking at car it was not the one advertised.Covertible top did not operate so I told him I didn't want it.Went back inside to get my cell phone off his desk and it was gone in 10 minutes.My security from my house went off which alerts me.My phone was found by my lady in a closet in a box behind papers.Only person inside were employees.Don't go there salespeople are thieves and cars are no good.I had driven 5 hours.

Mike was very professional about his job and by him being down to earth he made me feel like someone that I have known for years which made my experience worth going to CarXoom.

Now I will say I read the reviews before i purchase my vehicle and was nervous about going to this dealership, but Michael made me know i came to the right place to purchase my vehicle. Michael gets 10 stars in my book because of his dedication to me.

Nice cars, a bunch of small time chiselers. Avoid them. They still owe the $400 refund they promised me. Compared to some of these other stories, I got off easy.

we drive 1.5 hours today to see some cars that had been advertised online with photos. The staff could not have been less interested to help - could not even be bothered to come outside to open the cars....all of the cars on the lot were absolutely filthy, the ones we came to see were covered in scratches, dings, headlights were cloudy, silver trim on lights peeling off. Parts of the bumpers were different colors indicating some kind of damage or poor repair. None of these issues were mentioned in the listings, nor were there any photos of the damage. Very disappointed - and given the types of cars on the lot (very high end), frankly amazed how they manage to keep going with this level of customer service or basic quality control.

They beat me out my money sold me a jacked up xxx car 3xs the blue book value this is a horrible place to do business
