They will tell you anything to buy a car. I see they changed their name bc they had way too many complaints with the better business bureau. I wonder if they paid for someone to write their reviews.

Very happy with suv. I shopped for months on line.We drove 6 hours and 400 miles for the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had and i'm 71.so I've bought a lot cars. Alber and Mark were a pleasure to work with.I wish they were closer to recommend to my friends. I went with my 18-year-old? son to buy a car from here. They were pretty friendly but a couple of weeks after owning the car we ended up having to put a new engine in the car because it blew a head gasket after overheating. The mechanic who looked at it said that there was definitely an issue that was hidden which caused the engine malfunction. I DO NOT recommend buying a car from this place and you will see other reviews talking about mechanical issues after buying cars from here.

I really wish i would of came here first. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I just cant wait to cone buy my next bmw from them. Albir was very patient with me as i hammered him with questions. Also mark was very accommodating and made me feel like i belong there.

I thought I was going to give MGM Imports a glowing review, but I just found out a major problem with the car I bought that was not disclosed to me. They had to know about it if they do the inspection and service that they claim to do. I bought what I thought was a good car, a Fiat 500 Pop. Even though it had over 67,000 miles the car looked and felt brand new. Well today I found out that there is no spare tire and there are no jack and tools under the driver's seat as stated in the manual. So the complete spare tire system is missing. I found out that a new spare tire kit (tire + jack and tools) will cost around $300 new from Mopar. I would like to find one on a salvage vehicle somewhere. I have not yet contacted the dealership about this issue as I have only found out today about it so I don't know what their response will be. The other little ding I can give MGM is that I don't think I got the best deal possible. They knew that I had that particular car in mind, and I think they took advantage of it. Also I came in a rental car. But we are talking only a couple hundred dollars so in the grand scope of things it's not that big. Still it left a bad taste in my mouth. Now I will take about the good. I got a nice car at a reasonably good price. It's a small subcompact which is just the type of car I like. It was very clean and it looks new. Except for the spare tire situation, I am satisfied with this car. I have been getting better than the stated MPG. The people at MGM were friendly and accommodating. They helped me return my rental car and for that I am extremely grateful. Again I will say that except for the spare tire situation, I am satisfied with this purchase. I would recommend this dealership to a friend but with caution.

I'm super happy with my purchase! I bought a Nissan Versa from them and they provided me excellent service, the whole process was smooth and I was approved very quick. I drove back home with my new car in a few hours with a smile in my face. So far I haven't had any issue with the car, I definitely recommend this car dealer.
