I had what I thought was a catastrophic problem.
I had what I thought was a catastrophic problem. The door to my charging port was stuck, could not open it completely or close it. Luckily the battery was fully charge. I contacted the dealer online and got an immediate response, scheduling an 8:00 am appointment the n=next day. My salesperson, dawn wellington, contacted me to determine whether I was all set. The next day, I took the Blazer EV in to Service, and Peter Farley, the service mechanic came into the sales room within the hour to explain that he had fixed the charger door and suggested I routinely clean the seal around it to keep it working properly. I am more than satisfied with this dealership and the staff. This is my fifth vehicle from Paul Masse Chevrolet South and I come back because I have dealt with people I can trust, both in purchasing a vehicle and in getting it serviced. Michelle Masse, Cam Bourassa, and Dawn Wellington provide a great customer experience.

Excellent experience working with Brandon Demarco buying
Excellent experience working with Brandon Demarco buying a new Tahoe. He went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible! He took his time making sure I had the Chevy app set up, on star and rewards account set up. Cam in finance was also wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Chevy Traverse at this dealership and
I purchased a Chevy Traverse at this dealership and within one month of purchase I had an engine light on. I brought it back to them as it was a certified pre-owned vehicle with an active warranty. They eared the code and said it was "ask set". Shocking the light came back on. I was then given the run around on when I could get it back in for service. I finally took the vehicle to a neighboring Chevy dealership in Dartmouth, Colonel Chevy, and they had the vehicle for a week. They said that this issue was easily identified and just never properly serviced as it shouldn't have been missed. My most recent problem with the dealership is with a 2024 Corvette Z06 I purchased through another dealership. I was unable to buy through Paul Masse due to limited sales numbers a year for the Corvettes and I was told that " Paul Masse sells to previous customers and friends of the dealership first. Then if there are vehicle allocations available others can then buy. They wouldn't even take a deposit from me knowing I didn't have a chance. But as I called Paul Masse to service my Z06 due to a camera malfunction, I was told the dealership prioritizes customers who purchased from them. I asked when the next available appointment date was and I was told "it could be days, weeks, or months. We can't give you a date for service but we can always call you in the event something opens". What an embarrassment. I'll never take my business to the Paul Masse dealerships again. GM needs to crack down on terrible dealerships like this.

Everything was great until we signed the papers for the

Then there was no communication I had to call for a repair be done and then Paul told me my registration was rejected because of my address on my license. He should have reached out to me immediately but waited till I called about something different. He makes people feel like you’re a bother to him and you don’t matter. I don’t recommend using Paul. I highly recommend Edwin!
