Land Rover Palm Beach

Nice enough staff. My opinion is that they have VERY Horrible service practices which felt very unethical. I will not return and suggest you be very cautious with your service billings at his store. The experience reminded me of dealer who bangs everyone to ring their register. So I paid and wont return. Be careful! The entire experience makes the brand look very bad to someone who has owned 5 rovers. You can find much better elsewhere

Land Rover Palm Beach and Dean made leasing my Defender an easy and fantastic experience. Dean listened to what I needed, showed patience when I kept changing my mind and was a true partner when it came to the final numbers. We had certain things we were looking for, as well as trying to accommodate someone in the family with mobility limitations. I had such a wonderful buying experience at Land Rover Palm Beach. I was buying a used car with very poor credit. Lisa and Lee were able to work miracles and got me approved for financing. I worked with Lisa through the selection and buying process. She was very straight-forward and honest with me the whole time, and was in frequent communication with me walking me though the buying process. We did a lot of up front work via emails, texts, etc. I felt like I already knew her when I walked in to meet her the first time! Lee was great at explaining the financials to me and different options that were available. Our next car will definitely be through Land Rover Palm Beach. If I could give this dealership more stars, I would! The entire team was amazing! From the test drive right to getting our keys handed to us, the customer service, prompt responses to every question, attention to our needs/wants and level of overall dedication exceeded anything I would have ever expected! Our Certified Sales Guide, Anthony "Tony" Rossi was PHENOMENAL!!! He was attentive from the moment we walked in that door, took his time explaining the different vehicles to us, listening to our desires to guide us in the right direction but most importantly he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only secure the vehicle we wanted immediately, at the price we were comfortable paying for it and resolved every single hurdle we faced.
