Outstanding!
I shopped online for months until my 05 Jeep Wrangler was posted by Chris back in December. I ended up calling and we worked out the details over the phone and since I was in California, we used this here interweb thingy to take care of the paperwork. Chris is a man of his word and he bent over backwards to make this process as smooth as humanly possible. When he says he has your back, he really means it and as far as I'm concerned the car business is better because of this guy. My Jeep was my retirement gift to myself and I must say, it was one heck of a find. She is a head turner and conversation starter and proof positive Car R Us knows how to pick them. If you're in the market, definitely give this lot a try because this was the best car buying experience for me to date. Make sure you ask for Chris...:)

Awesome Customer Service
We just got a 2008 Volkswagen Eos. Great car, great shape, and fair price. Chris was an excellent sales man and went the extra mile for us. We drove over 3 hours to see the car and it was as promised. Anyone in Chicago should consider them. If you dont mind the drive, it is worth tou time to do so.

Great deal with friendly service
I bought a 2015 Honda Fit LX from here and the entire process from start to finish was as hassle free as you could hope. Chris from Cars R Us actually went out of his way on multiple times to assist me in the purchase and I cannot thank him enough. He was open about all information about the cars, financing options, and made the process fair, easy, and very fast. I'm writing this a month after the purchase and the car runs like a dream. I highly recommend this location. Good folks looking to get people in good cars.

A genuine pleasure to deal with!
After buying $2-3k cars privately for decades, I decided to buy bigger and from a dealer. I first ended up in downers grove by THE stereotypical car salesman- the Hawaiian shirt, greased hair, everything is wonderful... lying thieving dirt bag. Then I found Cars R Us and Chris and, like I said, what a pleasure! Its hard to be spiritual and not be descent and Chris is both, which was part of the pleasure working with him. The car was beautiful, sharp, low mileage, a great price and within 2 days I hit the road for a 6100 mile road trip without a single hitch. My new ride never made a new sound. Engine temp never moved off of center. Air was ice cold even through 100 degree roads in Arizona. I HIGHLY recommend Chris and Cars R Us Chicago.

The service and the kindness of the staff they were very friendly ,thank you chris for your generosity. Bought a used Subaru Impreza at a really great price. Had trouble with the AC they helped me fix it with no charge! Great experience

Car shopping is not fun, but it's a lot better....
Car shopping is not fun, but it's a lot better when the experience is made better by kind salesmen. My car was totaled several weeks ago and I was getting increasingly annoyed about how hard it was to find a new (to me) car. After calling multiple dealerships and not getting calls or emails back, setting up test drives and arriving from 50 miles away to find that cars aren't actually available or not pulled up like they said, I finally found Chris at Cars R Us. I called from about 30 minutes out and said I was interested in the 2015 Chevy Sonic posted online and he immediately said he'd have it pulled out for us to test. For once, this was actually true when someone said it! It was a good start, especially considering their lot is small and crowded and it would have been annoying if we had to wait for it to be pulled out. The test drive went great, he was extremely informative and genuinely easy to interact with (not always easy to say about salesmen). When we did an inspection of the vehicle we found that it was missing a spare tire, which he offered to have one put in without me even having to ask. I was really interested in purchasing the car, but found that the touch screen radio was having issues and actually had been recalled for that specific vehicle. He personally took it to the dealership to have it replaced before we officially purchased. While the process was a little slow from start to finish considering I didn't have a vehicle in the meantime (two weeks total, one week waiting on this car) it was totally okay since Chris was such a pleasant person to work with. He answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and even wrote on the paperwork that if I drove the car home and found something I didn't like he wouldn't push the final sale through. I found him to be very honest and really appreciate the attention he gave to my situation. Thanks Chris, and thanks Cars R Us. Great employees really do make a difference.
