Bought my pre-owned Subaru Tribeca from Eddie, recently. I knew exactly what car I wanted and Newton Auto Group had it in stock. Initially leery of going to a smaller shop to buy, but was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Easy to talk to, negotiate and comfortable experience. (Eddie always had a good story or two). Let me test drive without hassle. Very straight forward and honest about what he could and could not do. Knowledgeable enough to get high quality pre-owned vehicle. He, smartly, let's the product speak for itself. My vehicle has a few years and miles on it and other than some normal wear and tear, is in excellent condition. Allowed me to have my personal mechanic look over the vehicle before purchase. They had the car already serviced prior to my test drive with records. Also, had a manufacturer recall done as well. I bought a couple of used car from those other big dealers (won't mention names) in the past, and other than having huge "showrooms", they have all been bad experiences. Big dealers want to play the "game", trying to keep you at the dealer as long as possible by always talking to a manager, upper manager... Newton Auto, you talk to one person so you know who is in charge. Would definitely buy again if they have the car I needed. Eddie even said that if he doesn't have it in stock, he will keep an eye out and he can get it if/when I need to upgrade my wife's car.

They had just the car we wanted and they buying process as easy I could have imagined. They were very helpful and accommodating. A great experience all around.

From start to finish, my experience was superb. Living on the island of Martha's Vineyard, it is very hard to shop for a car. Between the boat, reservations, driving, not to forget the cost it takes to transport; it can get very frustrating having to coordinate so many appointments to fit into the 12 hours the boat runs for the day. I was in the market for a very specific Audi A4 Avant. The car has been discontinued since 2011, so finding one that an owner has let go is very hard to find one, but Eddie and Tony had one. After shopping for a year, thousands of ads, hundreds of phone calls, several test drives, and one ALMOST purchase, I came across this dealer. The price was right, and the service was honest. They do not tug or pull at the customer. They know their product and who the serious buyers are. Upon purchasing the vehicle, there was a slight mechanical xxxx-up, at no fault of the dealer. Just a freak random "one in a million" accident. These guys JUMPED to help this poor kid from the Vineyard. Not only did the owner, Eddie, come to my location in Needham to assist me and calm me down, but then Tony drove the car to the Steamship Authority in Woods Hole at no additional charge to hand deliver the car himself! I couldn't get over it. Their reaction and handling of the situation, from my initial inquiry to the delivery was paternal. These guys take care of their product and they customers, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

so happy i got my car last week and i love it, i shopped around in may dealerships and did't see what i liked a fried send me to Newton Auto Group and i found the car that i wanted and for a great price. i definitely recommend Newton Auto Group and the staff is great.

excellent customer service in my neighborhood...drove by, called for an appt and met with Jade the following day, great Honda Accord, my mechanic of 25 yrs says it is solid, & I'm loving driving it. Jade was professional, courteous, helpful, and overall great to work with. thank you!

I had bought a 2008 Honda Civic. It is a solid little car. Newton Auto Group had done a great job ensuring the car was in fantastic shape to sell. They are very particular about what goes on their lot, and it showed. Overall great experience. I would recommend these folks (and have) to others.

Great experience. Shopping for a car, especially a used one isn't exactly something someone looks forward to, but the experience I had at Newton Auto Group made it an easy process and one that had great results. I found the exact type of Jeep Wrangler I was looking for on their website for the right price and then set up time with Jade to look at the car. The car was perfect and it checked out in tip-top shape when I took it to an independent Jeep specialist. The real star of this story was Jade. He worked with me even though I was actually the one with the baggage. My bank was being pretty difficult to work with when it came time to arrange the financing. To make matters worse, I was leaving for a nice tropical vacation in two days and didn't have time to deal with endless paperwork. Jade arranged for basically the same great financing I had gotten with my bank with his preferred bank. Not only did he do that, but Jade also made sure to take care of the car while I was away on vacation. I came back a week later and all the insurance, registration, and safety inspection work had already been taken care of, all I had to do was hop in the car and drive away. What a great place: a nice selection of vehicles, trustworthy sales people, and an overall smooth process all around.

I drive by Newton Auto Group daily. I would find myself always looking at the beautiful vehicles they have on the lot. My wife and I have leased vehicle that are due....so I stopped in. I met with Jade. It was refreshing to meet someone in a sales capacity that isn't slimy or aggressive. I was very impressed with the vehicles as well the staff, so impressed we purchased 2 vehicles!!! Great job Jade and Eddie.

We purchased a Corvette from Newton Auto Group and could not be happier. Todd was both professional & friendly, let us take our time, with no pressure, and answered all our questions. It is very refreshing not to have pressure when selecting a used car, and to get a great deal is awesome! The guys handled everything for us, and we highly recommend Newton Auto Group. I would definitely buy from them again.
