The most pleasant and honest auto dealer I have seen in the past 40 years. They were relaxed but very professional and totally candid, responsive and helpful, they have quality inventory, and are proficient in the paperwork when the purchase is agreed upon. I got the rig I wanted, at a great price, excellent trade-in value for my previous, and they matched interest rate and terms on the best financing I could find. This is where I would bring my own friends and family members - a superb family-run dealership.

They have always been very honest with me and have never tried to sell me a bad deal! I'm am proud to say I'm a loyal customer and am happy that there is a dealership out there that has the customers best interest at heart!

There it was..my dream car...right in their lot but before I could get to them it was sold. I was so disappointed. Could we help in any way, they asked so I gave them a specific list and within ten days I was the owner of a 2011 infinity G37x. The right color and with everthing option I requested and low mileage. Jordon, Danny and Bruce made this a fun, easy and pleasant experience. I am a return customer and can't imagine a better place to do business!

We purchased our first used Lexus from Archibald's in 2004. We just traded-in the same car for a 2012 Lexus. Our experience with the sales people was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Above all, the autos they have selected to sell are of high quality and excellent condition. We have, and will continual to recommend Archibalds as "the" place to purchase a high end automobile.

The guys at Archibalds were fantastic. I have very poor credit but they were able to get me into a modern, safe, quality car that I could afford. Bruce, in financing, not only worked out the loan for me, he advised me on how to improve my credit and lower my payments. They were all patient and curtious. I would recommend them to anyone needing a car.

I just purchased a 2011 Lexus from Archibald's. I was very satisfied with the level of attention I got as soon as I arrived. I would say they were attentive but not pushy as many car dealers can be! They willingly showed me the car facts sheet for the vehicle I purchased, filled the tank with gas, and are getting floor mats for me because they were not found in the car. The person that walked me through the paperwork process was helpful when I was asking questions about the extended warranty, which helped me make an informed decision about purchasing it. Before I left, they took time to help me sync up my phone with the vehicle, and showed me how to adjust/set my seat as well as many of the other features of the car. They made a point of mentioning that they are very willing to help if I have questions or need assistance with setting up the garage door opener. This type of "service after the sale" was impressive. We shopped long and hard for the right pick-up. We found the vehicle at Archibalds'; it was an excellent price. The purchase went very smoothly with no pushy or aggressive salesman to deal with. We felt comfortable with our decision, and also felt this dealership conveyed honesty. We will certainly go back.
