Amazing sales team! I left in a brand new Chevy Equinox. All was top notch!

Purchased a new Denali EV from this dealer last night. Very aggressive pricing on their new truck & the best trade in value within 200 miles. I purchase about 6 new vehicles a year & this by far was my best dealer experience .

Dee Tracy did an amazing job hunting me down a Chevy Malibu!!! Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful! Great place to get a vehicle!!!

Disrespectful and terrible salesmen experience. I drove a long distance to get to this dealership with almost a certainty in buying the Chevy Blazer I went to look at and they talked me OUT of it. They never tried to "sell" me the car (show me the details, facts about it, etc). Then upon further inspection, there was way more damage then they insinuated- we tried to compromise to get the price down and they would not move, using the excuse that it was a "used" car (it was 3 years old and had 37000 miles, thats almost new). Then we spoke to the manager, who acted like you can't try to discuss price anymore (which is unrealistic for car dealerships). It was also missing the spare Key, and as a Chevy dealership, they would NOT even TRY to provide even a discount to get a spare key. Calvin was extremely rude and acted like he had never sold a car before. I went with two other people, and he was extremely rude: we were all asking questions, patiently, and he asked us to our face who had the final say because he only wanted to talk to one of us. I think they were shocked that we walked away because we drove so far to get the car, but I will never recommend buying a car from someone that treats you, your belief in what a quality car is, and the car you are trying to buy, with disrespect. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Wanna shout out Shayla in sales for being on top of everything and finding me the perfect deal to the finance team the two ladies are awesome as always I’ve bought model vehicles from here. I’ve always been treated fair. That’s why I keep coming back as a valued customer. Thanks again
