Junk cars

In November 2022, I made a trade with my car and 3 months later I got a ticket in the mail. Also my daughter financed a car from them as well and it was not drivable within the first 30 days. Even though the engine light was on the dealer assured us it was something simple and they would fix it within the first week we bought the car. Whatever day supposed to hit fix didn’t work out with the car and they left wires hanging. That’s why the car ended up setting For her a few months before she could drive the car. She paid $14,000. For junk. she had paid 2000 to get it fixed. The owner said he would get back to us and never have.

I highly recommend autos for less!!

I bought a 2010 Dodge Avenger from here, as is, and it broke down 2 weeks after I got it. I called the dealership and they let me have the car towed to their lot. A big shout out to Adam for getting not just my alternator replaced, but my battery is well. They also changed the oil which was above and beyond. I would highly recommend autos for less.

Don't believe

After taking the time to look Trevor's talent was texting so I decided to give him a try saying they specialize in helping people get in a car I told him my son wanted to go to the north end only to get there and he say you don't have enough income and if I had a sister like another client of his we could buy it together yeah ok run the other way is my advice.

Got hopes up for nothing!

We went in knowing that we were credit challenged. After running our credit and telling us our options they showed us what could work, their inventory manager came back and told us that we need more money down. After trying to work with him on that, he flat out didn't seem interested in working with us anymore. So we left and we took our business elsewhere. And no we will not be coming back!

AMAZING!

Car buying can be impersonal and just a push to buy...this company was not that, the sales team were friendly, personable and very transparent! The lot has a variety to choose from depending on your need and as I am a researcher I compared to other dealerships and found them very comparable if not better in several cases! they have Carfax reports and all the staff appeared very knowledgeable on all the cars on their lot. I highly recommend checking them out!

Fantastic place

We worked with Zachary and he was great. The whole experience from start to finish was about 2.5 hrs which is amazing! The finance manager was also fantastic and was quick to go through paperwork and get us into the car and on our way home which was much appreciated as we had a long day. Thank you so much for everything and we will likely see you again in a couple months when our youngest turns 16!

Never going back

Quoted one price over phone, traveled 2 1/2 hours one way to look at vehicle, then quoted a higher price once we got there, plus they would not fix broken navigation that was listed as a feature or replace small little release button by the shifter. Had two small blemishes that I would call dents (all they needed was the correct tool to pop out) and would not even consider the option of fixing. Salesmen were wonderful but the “boss” not so much. Will never go back. Good price, should not list something as a feature when it doesn’t work and should not change price after we traveled so far.

Severe Disappointment

I was in the process of purchasing a car in cash with Auto4Less, due to it needing its transmission replaced, and was quite content and eager to purchase it regardless of its issues. I originally intended to drive up there with my grandpa on 9/8 since he had a trailer we could use, though we received the unfortunate news that my grandma was being placed into hospice and my grandpa needed to deal with everything surrounding that. I called to inform them about the circumstances and they were very understanding and I informed them I still have every intention of purchasing it and that we would probably be able to come up within the week to grab it. I was told that worked out and that was that. I just called to keep them in the know and tell them that I was able to come up this Wednesday, 9/15, to grab the vehicle but was told the car was sold 3 days ago. Real classy.
