These folks are the best. I don't think I will ever go to another car dealership again. They all knew who I was and what I was looking at regardless of who was in that day. Wow. They make it easy and not an all day affair trying to sell you everything under the sun. Negotiating is easy and quick. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else again.

All email questions were answered promptly and price negotiated by email for an easy, no pressure process. When I arrived, staff was friendly and helpful, everything was exactly as represented, and I was driving away in the car in about 30 minutes.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I should this time. I’ve been searching for a BMW 5 Series. Every dealership I have gone into, I have been met with the stereotypical shady salesperson who will say anything to make the sale. So when I drove from south Brooklyn to New Jersey to meet with Mike, (I believe he is the owners’ son), I expected the same xxxx I’ve been dealing with endlessly. I arrived to an expansive warehouse that seemingly houses multiple car dealerships. It’s clean, wide open, and easy to navigate. As I approach VML, the car I came to view is parked front and center, freshly washed and vacuumed. (As one would HOPE to see) I approach Mike and introduce myself. As we’re talking, I’m handed a key, I check the car out for a few minutes, and we take it for a test drive. SUPER easy guy to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The refreshing opposite of what I’ve been experiencing at every other dealership. I didn’t feel rushed. Yes, he wants to sell a car. That’s why they’re in business. All of my questions were answered without an underlying motive. I didn’t at all feel like I was being “sold” a car. Completing the purchase was just as easy and comfortable. I’m drawing a blank for the name of the woman in the office who handles the sale/purchase. (I think it was Andrea? My apologies if you’re reading this and I’m incorrect) She could not have been nicer or more friendly. It was the perfect transition from salesman to finance department. During the process, I learned that they are a family owned and run business. It’s not only great to see that, but see it in a way where it “works,” and doesn’t feel like you’re conducting a transaction in the middle of a family feud that they're trying to hide. It all ran smooth and well-oiled. (pun) If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. If you’re looking for a used car, this is the place you should go. They may or may not have what you want, or you may not strike a deal. But it will be as pleasant an experience as car buying can be. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone I know who’s in the market.

VML made another very happy customer. We went to VML because they had several in stock models of the BMW X5 that we were interested in. We made a good deal on one of them. When we went to pick up the vehicle a week later, they handed us a single key. I asked about the second set. The vehicle only had one. VML went back to where they purchased it and confirmed that there was only the one key. VML could have done nothing more and made it my problem. The contract was signed and the money already paid at that point. And it would have been an expensive problem. BMW keys are specially coded and have to come from BMW at a cost of $450-$550 for the key, fob and programming. But VML did not make it my problem. They provided a second key. It took a little while to obtain, but Andrea at the dealership gave me regular updates so that I was reassured that they were working on it. I appreciate it when people take the time to do the right thing. I felt like everyone at VML Motors was interested in doing the right thing for their customers. I will definitely be back when we are ready for our next used car.

Great experience, the car was delivered in immaculate condition. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. The owner was present at the time of pickup to make sure I was satisfied. These are CAR guys and it shows.

I hate going to dealership because there’s always pressure by the sales ppl. I was pleasantly surprised with VML, they are friendly, let you look around with absolutely no pressure at all. Also the prices they show on their site are the real prices. Unlike other dealers who will advertise a price only to find out when you get there that it’s not the actual price of the car.

My wife and I were shopping for an Audi Q7 prestige. After searching through car gurus , we learned that VML motors had the car we were looking for. We called made an appointment to come see the car. Vinny Jr. waited after dealer hours to not only show the car, he also was very gracious to let both of the test drive the Q7. We liked it. We were ready to make the deal. We were almost there with the price we had on our mind. We made an appointment to come talk to Vincent Sr. Next day. We walked in spoke to Vincent for 2 minutes and he made the deal. It was the quickest car buying experience I ever had. We are out of the Dealership in about 1.5 hours with the Q7. What an experience. These guys don’t waste your time. No hassle to sell the car. What you see is what you buy. There were not thousands dealers fees. The finance guy Doug was awesome. Very professional and informative. Well let’s say I am in the market in few months. I will be calling VML. I strongly recommend VML.

I could not have been happier with the experience I had buying a vehicle from VML. And while it is easy to be happy when everything goes perfectly smoothly, you learn the truth about the people you are dealing with when there are some bumps in the road. And that's what happened with me. After I bought my vehicle, I noticed some minor issues with it. Nothing catastrophic, and nothing that could have been foreseen, but still, there were problems that needed to be addressed. I am happy to say that they were all taken care of, as fast as possible and at no expense to myself. They were handled through a local dealership and paid for by VML. And, it was all done with a smile from everyone involved. Buying a car can be a dreadful experience, and it can be devastating if the people involved are unscrupulous. But, if you happen to find people who take pride in their work and reputation, you consider yourself lucky. I am lucky to have found VML and I look forward to buying from them in the future!
