I would avoid this dealer at ALL costs. They engage in illegal practices when it comes to selling a car. They sold me, was 18 at the time, a car that THEY knew had frame damage since it was sold at auction to them listed as that. But when i was signing the papers they guaranteed me that nothing was wrong with the car. They will not even fix their mistakes and even said they did nothing wrong, but according to the consumer laws they broke it big time. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Dont buy your kids a car here, because Janine would be happy to sell them one that puts them at more risk if an accident occurs.

I would stay away ....Unless you want to be ripped off.....the worst experience ever Buy your LEMON HERE...Please beware I can't stress enough stay away

Paid in full, bought extended warrentee- 5 months later no title or registration. Excuse after excuse. Terrible at updates or contact. Have to get lawyer now.

My wife and I purchase a used Explorer from them. Janine & the staff were great to work with. They didn't use pressure tactics to finance with them and were okay letting us go through our credit union. There was a small problem with the latch on the lift gate and they had no problem fixing it a few days after we took delivery and noticed it. We purchased an extended warranty, but didn't need to use it as the Explorer was in good shape. Very nice selection of used vehicles, and a willingness to do what it takes to make you a happy customer.

I visited often looking to buy a diesel truck, they had 1, didn't know where it was/ Was going to call me when they found it. 2nd stop, they had 1 but didn't know price. 3rd visit. they were expecting one and Id get a call when it came in, 5 mths later.. no call!
