Hey so I actually wanted to purchase a car here. I looked at 2010 prius on there website and I asked Noah if the car had any accidents because I’m in the market for a clean title prius and the mileage was great. So I give him a deposit on his word that he will send me the car fax later on in the night. Time goes by and I didn’t receive any carfax. So I go online to car gurus and they showed me the cars been 4 accidents. With that being said I asked for my deposit back and Noah completely agreed to give it back once he was in the office. I have not received my deposit back and now they are claiming my refundable deposit was no longer refundable. These people are a disaster. Please never shop here. Im gonna have to go to my bank now to dispute the transaction and show proof of him saying hes gonna send me my deposit back. Legit scam artists and frauds.

These people had me leave work because they only had a 2pm appointment slot. If I didn’t take that slot I had to wait 2 days for another appointment. I called and told them I was running late and they were ok with that. I arrived around 4pm. When I got there the guy implied he was leaving in 15 mins which I didn’t understand because it says they close at 7pm on their website. When I started the car up to test drive I noticed the check engine light was on. The ad didn’t mention there was a check engine light. I asked if they knew what the problem was and they guy said it was something minor that would cost about $300 to fix. My problem is if I’m spending $10k-$14k on a used vehicle from a dealer the minor $300 problem should have been fixed before the car was put on the lot. This made me not even want to test drive. Truly a waste of time I feel like I got catfished..

Horrible place! Stay away. Planned on buying from them but car failed inspection so they were going to have it reinspected because it had recently had work done. I never got a call back. Called back twice and left messages and no one called back. Bought elsewhere

Prices were great but distance from Washington DC was a little far it’s not bad if you don’t hit traffic . Avoid rush hour at all cost

I get my car detailed here and they do great work. The prices are very reasonable. But they do get booked up quicks so best to call for appointment

Got a sweet deal on a few cars from these guys through out the years. Went back recently and looks like the cars are more affordable but miles a bit to high for me to buy
