Excellent Service as usual!

Disrespectful, 100% non- negotiable, hail damage

While looking for a new GMC Sierra SLT Crew Cab 4wd pickup I discovered Howard Bentley. Their prices were good so I contacted them via e-mail and asked questions specifically concerning about out of state purchasing with taxes and all. I was contacted by Christina Collins(who is very disrespectful) and we ended up reaching an agreement on the taxes. After about a week of the taxes getting figured out and I agreed on the terms Christina drops the bombshell that nearly all vehicles on the lot had hail damage and the truck I was interested in had it also. This was not reported and it wouldn’t show up on Carfax. They would not drop the price ANY! I thought that was crappy and thought why wouldn’t they disclose that information in the beginning. That lady left a bad taste in my mouth so I told her I did not want to deal with her. A few weeks later I decided to give the dealership another try. I contacted the customer care representative and asked to speak to another salesman. Mr. Tyler Winkles contacted me and he took pictures of the truck and sent them showing no hail damage and offered me another truck on the lot for the same price that had not been damaged. I tried to negotiate sales price with him and he told me that their prices were so good that they were 100% non-negotiable. He then disrespected me and said maybe I should look at buying something used or something within my price range. He literally pissed me off and I told him to kick rocks and to never contact me again. I never received any calls, e-mails or text from a GM. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GREAT REVIEWS. This dealership is not professional at all and they WILL NOT negotiate. So if you want to just blow you money away go here.

They waited for us on a rainy Saturday afternoon. We were delayed due to traffic and wrecks. The car was pulled into The service bay and dried off for us to examine and test drive. The salesman explained all the features. We did all Of of the paperwork and they had the car filled up with gas And ready for our trip home. The salesman even put a Restaurant in the navigation system for us to eat st on way Home. Price was good and service was awesome!
