Great service from Tim!

I already told my daughter to bring her car to Tim, after 3 pm, for service. He is knowledgeable and explains what the service needed is. He also takes the time to explain when I need to bring my truck back and when I should call him for new tires. It is nice that he is the person I deal with, until I pay the bill.

Excellent Dealership excellent service

I brought my Buick Encore in to be checked out. The service was excellent, very friendly and explained everything and answered all of my questions. Unlike other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Thank you for the excellent service!

Great Total Buying Experience at McCarthy's Auto

I am a repeat customer and would highly recommend buying a new vehicle from McCarthy. Additionally, Steve Ziegler, my salesman for both this and my previous vehicle is a superlative professional. I rate both the dealership and Mr. Ziegler as tops in my book. "I'll be back!"

Great experience

Sally Yozamp was easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable. Sally follows up immediately with any question or concern. Everyone (Neal Hatting, Carmen Schmidt) was helpful and made our purchase a very comfortable experience.

great facility and customer service

Just in for a recall of the key rings, but all went well, the usual excellent customer service by James Spates and Amy. They kept us informed each step of the way and I love that. Spates is the master of customer service, everything you expect or would like from him.

very polite, when they found an issue during an oil change they promptly scheduled a follow up and offered a rental without me needing to ask.

Great Service.

My appointment was for four new tires and an oil change. I was told this would take 2 hours. I also added on new wiper blades while I was there. I was out the door in 2 hours! The Service Desk is always great to work with!

My experience was great they outdated me on what they found wrong with my car and updated me on the progress of my car and when it would be done. James was very nice and helpful.

Everything was handled very professionally. All parts and labor were covered under warranty. The car runs great. I had no issues whatsoever.

great service and clean faucilities

You were able to work my problems into your schedule right away, which was good because my car is my only transportation at the moment. Your service people were very knowledgeable and efficient and the service manager who took care of me was kind and friendly. Outside of the pain of spending money, the visit was pleasant.
