I brought our 03 Highlander in for an oil change and a check engine light diagnosis while we looked at new vehicles. I was informed of what work was done, what else was needed, and I was given time to make a decision. As always, the staff was fantastic.

Lynn Floyd was terrific to work with. He put an extraordinary amount of effort into finding us exactly what we wanted, at a fair price, and even creatively dealt with issues with our trade in. Our salesman, Keith Kyle went out of his way to help us in every way. He even came in on his day off and spent 2.5 hours with us. We live 3 hours away so it was wonderful that everything went so smoothly & efficiently from start to finish. We originally used the internet to see what was available & then contacted the salesman through a family member who had purchased cars from you in the past.
