The advisors are arrogant and rude.
The advisors are arrogant and rude. Didn't explained what happened or going with car after being diagnosed. When I tried to look at the paper and asked what did diagnosed say Jeremy grabbed paperwork from my hand and refused to talk and just said I'll meet you at check out counter. When I got to the counter he wasn't there. I have to asked and expanded things for pick up. Looks like they just want to rushed me out of there without telling me what is the problem and how to solve it. Very bad people. My sister praised this dealer but the few times I came in I haven't had any positive experience that's why I haven't been back for so many years. I only came back this time only because she thinks it's the best and praised it so much so I thought maybe the dealer serclvice people had changed for the better thats why i gave another chance but again worst than before. Mechanics and service dealer are people worst nightmares. I told my sisters, my few bad experiences with lurther many times. I have never left any ad reviews online because I don't want to bad mouth dealers only because we are royal Toyota customers and everyone in the families own Toyota cars for the last 50 years. Please lurther tain your service worker with better attitude, specially Jeremy had 35 years service experience with Toyota???

Their service department is their least best department.
Their service department is their least best department. They don’t reach out to communicate with you, they don’t do everything they say, and they don’t complete the service to 100%. They rush and miss things. I would say getting your vehicle serviced is just as important as any other department, yet they don’t show it through their performance.

Great customer service from when I checked in to when I got my vehicle back. Iwas in twice on the same day with two different vehicles. Same for both. One was a oil change with no appointment. It took 45 minutes. The other vehicle I had the spark plugs replaced. It took about 75 minutes. But I did have an appointment. I take all my vehicle to Luther and they have been doing a great job.

Bought a 2019 sequoia about 4 months ago , when I looked
Bought a 2019 sequoia about 4 months ago , when I looked at the car I really liked and a black trd is hard to find in this body style. Only problem I had with it was the tires were low around 5/32 remaining and cracking. I brought this up to my sales person and he stated that they were not willing to do anything about the tires and that if I didnt want it due to the tires someone else will. Well last week I had tire blow out with me and my kids in the car which could have been much worse . I would not recommend this dealer because they dont car about the safety of their customers.

Appointment for oil and filter change took more than 1.
Appointment for oil and filter change took more than 1.5 hours. During wait I received a text that my air filter looked dirty and it would be 50.00 to replace. I declined because I had recently changed it. I checked it when I returned home and it still looks very clean. They stated in paperwork documents that my tire tread depth was 8/32 all 4. Weird because 4000 miles ago their documents stated 3 of my tires were 7/32 and one was 5/32. These were the same 4 tires!??? Wow!
