What a mess! Think of the worst used car lot you can...

What a mess! Think of the worst used car lot you can think of then put a Mercedes logo on it. As a multi Mercedes owner...couldn’t be more disappointed in the follow up after the sale to fix issues. Just awful.

GLS-450 Purchase

We had a fantastic experience once again (3rd time) with Scott Babcock and the entire Feldmann Team. Jor Cha was excellent, friendly and truly competent. A pleasant first time experience was working with Product Concierge Zachary Green. He was a true 'people person' with a great customer first philosophy. His product knowledge was deep, and he went the extra-mile in teaching us about all the new features on our GLS-450, and in being absolutely sure we were enrolled in all available programs. My thanks to you all!!

This place was like a breath of fresh air compared to...

This place was like a breath of fresh air compared to Sears Imports. (Sears sold the car I was going to buy to someone else---while I was test driving it!). You can tell Matt works very hard to make sure his clients are satisfied with the sales process. He sweats all the details, and it's clear he likes where he works and what he does (he previously worked at Sears, until he escaped, that is). Feldmann is a well-run, customer-centered family business, and I'm happy to say that I will be returning for all my service and future auto sales needs.

Cathy was great at getting me my car at a price I

At first I was a little hesitant about looking at Mercedes, but Cathy Wirta did an excellent job of finding the perfect car for me and the price was to my delight well within my budget. I now own a new Mercedes A220. I could not be more pleased with the Dealership, the car, or with Cathy.

Found a tiguan I liked and chatted over email with...

Found a tiguan I liked and chatted over email with Molly. Was told the car is available, and I agreed to drive up asap (2hours). When I arrived, I was told that 'unfortunately, the car is sold'. HUH. apparently cars sell within 2 hours especially when I said I'm on my way. Afterwards, Molly contacts me saying 'we missed you, would you like to set up another appointment'. are you kidding? when I confronted them about the issue, apparently she's in 'another building' and asked if the salesman offered a similar vehicle. extremely unprofessional, especially for today's standards. Oh, on a side note, they misrepresent their cars. I searched the vin number online for the tiguan R line they listed, it is an SEL. It had been sold as an SEL in the past, and it does not have R line features or markings on the few photos they have. This drastically changes the 'true' price of the vehicle, and is not as good of a deal. It is simply to lure you in. Shame. Extremely shady dealership. I've done my fair share of shopping around in the area and this dealership is truly the worst.

We apologize the vehicle you were interested in sold prior to your arrival. If a customer is in our store and wants to purchase a vehicle, we are going to sell it to them. We did make a mistake in that it was not noted that you had stopped in so we apologize for incorrectly following up with you.

Service Department Scammers

Wife brought her AMG in for brake service & Manufacturer recall work. After inspection my wife was advised her rear tires were "bald" and needed immediate replacement. Subsequently, my wife called me and told me what they said about the tires being bald. Knowing the tires aren't bald or even close, I immediately called the service advisor and asked for an explanation. Service Advisor reiterated the claim of the tires being bald. I requested Feldmann's complete factory recall work and not do the brakes or replace the tires. Feldmann's attempted to sell 2 tires that didn't need replacing. Continental CROSSCONTACT LX SPORT MO BW 315/40R21 for $906.64 and alignment for another 170.00 that wasn't necessary. The service manager called and left me a VM saying sorry you feel that we tried to scam you. No, you're sorry you got! Dishonest Business Practices!

What... no masks?

Have always loved this dealership. Took our GLK in for routine stuff. In these days of everyone being so careful I was SHOCKED that almost no employees dealing with customers was wearing a mask. Even the receptionist was just sneezing into her elbow. I like many customers are over 65. Makes me nervous to even get back into my car. Won’t be back voluntarily for a long time.
