I purchased a used car from Feldmann import and was told

I purchased a used car from Feldmann import and was told by the sales rep the car annywas clean. I went trade in the car and was informed the was in a towable accident. Very dishonest on the part of the rep. Bottom line is the trade in price was lower because of the accident. Do to my experience I will never purchase another car from this dishonest dealer. They never tried to rectify the issue. Any new buyer be wary.

We are trying to understand exactly what happened with this transaction. Did you expect more for a trade and didn't get what you hoped because you found out it was in an accident? After already buying two cars with the dealership and

After already buying two cars with the dealership and bringing my cars to service I had the worst new car buying experience ever with first and Austin who seized communication . After I called again I was told he became sick the same day. No passing on the torch nothing. The with a Matt and his manager Tom ogle. Matt and Tom hanged up on me (Matt twice). I was ready to send the 2500$ payment to reserve a new ( 80k) car when they wanted to charge 75$ credit card fee. I do not pay this and that’s when they got rude. Too bad it used to be a good dealership. They lost a deal and a customer. Word of mouth spreads in our Mercedes Benz club

Purchased 2 cars here, would never return.

Purchased 2 cars here, would never return. Told the 2nd car was lease return, clean history, certified. 3yrs later found out it had been in towable accident with front end damage. Sales person lied to us upon purchase. Contacted Feldman management, took several days to get a response. Bottom line - took a significant hit on the resale of my car, got an empty apology from management who assured me this was not representative of their practices and he would follow up with sales rep … sales rep appears to still be employed there. Lesson learned … insist on full documentation and car faxes, and don't rely on supposed stellar reputations.

Dishonest sales team to me.

Dishonest sales team to me. I wouldn’t trust them at all. After spending hours with the sales representative, working out the fine details on a car to purchase for my spouse. They tell me right before completing financing. That someone else purchased the car faster than I did. They completed the financing with their team. My question; but how? Their response; it just happened. WOW. I would not purchase from them in my opinion.

I agree that certain situations you can’t know 100% if the customer will purchase that day. In the situation where your sales representative and myself agreed on all numbers and I was sent to finance. I assured them at that moment I wanted that vehicle and was a cash buyer. Making this situation right. Finding a like car (same) that have all the same features. Thank you for your response and looking into making this right.

Took in for service B plan and got a loaner car for the

Took in for service B plan and got a loaner car for the time serviced. This is allowed for this service B. However when I returned the loaner I was charged for a gallon of gas used while I had it. I have done the service for 10 years on my car and never have had to pay for gas on the loaner car to drive to my home and back to the dealer. When I pointed this out they told me they have always charged for gas. To which I told the guy to look at my 10 year history and they would see I never paid for gas. It felt cheap especially after I spent $800 on my service call. He then emailed me my invoice stamped refund. What a joke. I have yet to see that gallon of gas “refund” of $7.00 on my credit card. If they wanted to excel in customer service, this small detail should not have become an issue!

From my initial contact nearly 3 weeks prior to completing the paperwork and taking delivery, every person I encountered at Feldmann was genuinely interested in how I was doing and to be sure to let them know if I needed anything. The purchase process itself made for one of the most stream-lined and efficient purchases I have ever done in my years of car buying! Thank you Jeremy and Sam for taking such great care of me!

I've had very hit and miss satisfactory levels of service

I've had very hit and miss satisfactory levels of service at Feldmann Imports. My most recent was not satisfactory. I paid $99 (hundred bucks) to have my car diagnosed for a noise. It sounds like the tech just drove it around the parking lot and couldn't recreate. You think!? How about getting it up to speed on streets? I also got an oil change. That was fine at $170+... But I later learned they're now adding a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Seriously? For all intents and purposes, this is now effectively a $300 oil change. Oh, even though I referenced how dirty it was, they still didn't wash it. I generally LOVE the vehicles but may have to move on from them in light of the service. Especially if I'm now being nickel and dimed.

Purchased a low mileage Acura TLX.

Purchased a low mileage Acura TLX. Ryan was low pressure and easy to work with. Completed purchase and took delivery of car the same day. Received follow up phone call to make sure everything was right with the car. Would recommend Feldmann.
