The sales guy, Tony, was friendly, experienced, not pushy

The sales guy, Tony, was friendly, experienced, not pushy at all. The whole process went off without a hitch. Financing was no problem - we worked through some minor issues easily.

Salesman was quick to assist me.

Salesman was quick to assist me. Took a while for financing. 4% & almost double the time to pay off. 4% higher than dealership i was at day before. 😞 My advice to you, shop around

Overall great experience.

Overall great experience. Worked with Tony. He was wonderful. The dealer agreed to fix a few things on the used vehicle prior to purchase and there was some delay and it took longer than expected. Had to make a return visit to fix something that was forgotten. I don?t purchase vehicles often but in the end I?m happy with our purchase from North Country Ford.

The process of buying was okay.

The process of buying was okay. I told them I have limited time and I wanted to make my time in the dealership as quick as possible. I put money hold down, till ended up taking 90 minutes to finalize everything just to move me over to finance to sign papers. All said the people were nice and the dealership was friendly.
