We have only purchased one brand new vehicle in our 40 yrs of marriage & didn't plan to ever do it again but the rebates given by Toyota plus the Costco discounts made it impossible not to take advantage of a new RAV4. We had excellent customer service & communication from J. Moore. She went out of her way to find the vehicle we were looking for and was very patient with us answering all of our questions. Everyone we encountered at Carlson Toyota was friendly and professional. We never felt like we were pushed to make a decision. We are loving our new RAV4!

Appointment was when I wanted it, serviced on time and completed when he said it would be done. My car was washed and when I picked it up it was very clean.

Came in for my 35K service. Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. The waiting area is clean, has seating for watching multiple TVs. Bottled water, coffee, and cookies are always available. I will keep coming back.

Our salesperson (Preston) came in early when we requested a early appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all our questions. When we decided on a vehicle and moved through the purchase process both Grey and Kedren, were very friendly and obviously competent at their jobs, it made the whole experience very enjoyable, and fun. This is what buying a new vehicle should be like. I should add we purchased a new 2013 Highlander from Carlson and that was also a very good experience, which is why we returned.

Was easy to schedule service and was done in a timely manner. Everything that is being done or was done is fully expalined at which point you have the option to proceed with their recommendations or wait.
