Very Happy

I recently had my truck in for it's first oil change. I was amazed had how quickly the service dept had my vehicle ready for me.

Top Notch!

Eric and the Friendly Team treated Joe and I very well. We told them how much we could afford and they met our needs both in the car and the payments! We will definitely recommend our friends and family to shop at Friendly for their next vehicle and also to get their car's service there as well. Wonderful dealership

Our sales rep Tom Bertsch was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the Chevy products and very helpful in getting me a vehicle that is the perfect fit for me. I absolutely love my new car. Tom also oriented me to all parts of the dealership: parts, service, financing so I am very comfortable and looking forward to doing business there. Service was great - took longer than expected.

Everyone was very nice. I left my car @ 11:10 to have my brake light fixed due to a recall. I also had my oil changed and my car washed. I said I was going to lunch and would be back afterward. They said they would call me when the car was ready. I called Friendly Chev @ 2:41 to say I was on my way from St. Paul and asked if my car would be ready. They said it would be close. I arrived there at about 3:15 PM and my car was not ready. I needed to wait about another half hour for my car. Seems to me that maybe my car was not even worked on until I called about it @ 2:41 in spite of the fact that I had an 11 AM appointment...

Friendly and fast

I was greeted with a friendly smile as I pulled up to the oil change door. All I needed today was an oil change and a signal light bulb changed. I had only time for a small bag of popcorn and I was on my way. Thank you
