They gave me very little information and a lot of

They gave me very little information and a lot of ignorance about what they were selling me. I was very dissatisfied. Very poor explanation and errors in the process.

Fast process.

Fast process. Joe was not pushy and gave me options. left with the vehicle I wanted.

It was a great buying experience!

It was a great buying experience! The car was perfect, it is what we were looking and priced fair. Our Salesperson Christine was awesome! I can’t say enough good about her! She handled the complete transaction herself, including installing the new license plates! We did not have to deal with any others at the dealership. I wasn’t looking forward to going to a dealership, but Walser experience blew us away! Next car will be from Walser Toyota!

2.5hrs for oil change is ridiculous. 40 minute commute

2.5hrs for oil change is ridiculous. 40 minute commute each way just to get to the dealership. I didn’t expect to waste 1/2 of a day for a simple oil change

Overall great experience.

Overall great experience. This is our second vehicle purchase from them. Selling cars to them is slightly challenging, I had issues both times. But buying has been smooth both times.

They actually care about their customers.

They actually care about their customers. The needs you have as a customer are listened to, and making sure you find the vehicle that makes the most sense for you! Most dealerships do not treat you with that much respect. Walser does. Buy from Walser. Your experience will be white glove compared to the rest.

Diagnostics showed a faulty transmission speed sensor.

Diagnostics showed a faulty transmission speed sensor. Walter recommended a transmission replacement. When I asked about the sensor, they held firm that the whole transmission needed to be replaced. Went somewhere else and they replaced the sensor for $400 in 20 minutes. Been running great ever since. What bothered me is that when I pressed them on the sensor, they never considered it and pushed me to a 20x more expensive service. They lost a loyal customer that day.
