I was sold a vehicle that for last 10 months has been back in the dealership for 8 months with nonstop problems. Disappointing their sales men got me into a vehicle like that knowing I came to them needing a vehicle after having a vehicle stolen. I would never trust these guys again.

Over charged
In the past I have taken my Thunderbird to a Ford dealer, knowing full well they were not the cheapest solution. I have now learned, the hard way, not to have a car towed to an unknown dealer. I was overcharged 3 to 4x what would have been fair and reasonable repair for a cracked upper radiator hose....I appreciate that they serviced the car in one day, but at very substantial premium....a guess a fool and his gold are soon parted?

Sales manager refused to sell me a truck I believe because of my color, he used the excuse I didn't live close enough to the dealership, I've never heard of anything like that before. He should be fired!!!

I do not know what color has anything to do with it, the internet manager you were working with is black. We have the right to sell our vehicles to anyone we choose. We have made a decision that on 100% AS IS vehicles that are waiting to be wholesales, we will not sell them unless the customer comes in and can drive the vehicle and then have the chance to take it to get an inspection done. Sorry you feel that any other decision went into not selling you the vehicle. Have a great day

Warning - Buyer Beware.
Warning - Buyer Beware. You must have a complete inspection of the car prior to your purchase. Superior Ford sold us a car with a dangerous rusted floor in which the carpet was covering the holes. They did take the car back but not sure if they would try to resell it. Per Midas, the car should have been JUNKED.

You purchased a $2000 100% as is wholesale car. You did test drive the car, you went home to think about it, came back and retest drove it again. Decided to purchase it. On wholesale (AS IS) vehicles we always recommend you get them inspected if you wish. Before signing out and taking ownership of the vehicle you signed 5 different documents stating that you were purchasing a 100% AS IS vehicle and you were fully made aware that we did not inspect it in anyway and you are fully responsible for the vehicle. After finding out that the car had the issues with the floor and it was unsafe to drive, we did fully refund you 100% of your purchase, even tho you signed that is 100% as is and you we’re responsible for the vehicle in the condition it was in. We take the safety of our customer very seriously and even went to your house to drive the vehicle back so you did not have to drive it anymore. Sorry it ended up not working out for you but I am glad we were able to take the vehicle back and fully refund you.
The fact you admit the Ford Turas was unsafe to drive and still sold the vehicle is the problem. The dealer representing the Ford Corporation says a lot about the dealership, who should have scrapped the vehicle immediately. There was no sign on the vehicle stating "AS IS" when we took the car for a test drive and did a visual inspection of the vehicle. It was never mentioned about having the car inspected beforehand. Never buy a vehicle from this dealership without an inspection. I wonder what happened to the car? I wonder if Ford Corp looks at these emails.

Yes you are correct Oliver did email you 6 times over a 6 day period. I will never fault my sales people for doing there JOB. You inquired on 9/17 and never would return his emails. On 9/22 the vehicle you inquired about did finally sell and he was just letting you know, here is his email to you on 9/22: Good Afternon Dana, The 2007 Hyundai Accent you've inquired on recently has sold and is unfortunately no longer available. I do have quite a few other vehicles to choose from in that similar price range if you're open to other makes and models? Check out the link below for access to these other vehicles. My wife and I went to this dealership to look at a 2019 Ford Flex they advertised on Facebook. Ronald Powell came out to greet us. we explained we were interested in this vehicle, and he explained some of its features and showed us the car. We took it for a test drive, he answered all questions we had. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was friendly, helpful and no high-pressure sales pitch. We decided to purchase the vehicle. We had Kayla Kaiser, the financial Manager, set up payments and let us know what maintenance programs they offer. We are pleased with her thoroughness and knowledge. we are very satisfied with our buying experience at Superior Ford and the professionalism and friendliness of these two representees of your company.

Chris Tema was excellent at his job. I have never been in and out of a dealership so fast. I was take very good care of and best of all I got the vehicle I wanted when I didn't think it was possible. I would for sure recommend Chris Tema any time for any car!

The customer service I experienced at Superior Ford was horrendous. My vehicle was there for service to fix my automatic steering failure and my steering wheel pushing me to go another direction than straight (which was happening well before my steering going out for an unrelated reason). My car was there for a MONTH. Not once was I ever asked if a loaner car was needed - I ended up asking myself. I learned they didn’t have them. I explained that I could not go without a vehicle for that long. John (the service advisor) told me that the best Ford corporate could do was one day. I missed an important Dr. appointment, many days of work, and had a very hard time getting to the store for essentials. I basically had to beg John for updates on the status of my car - he didn’t respond to my texts once for two days so I had to call the main service line. I deserve regular updates during service if it takes that long - and to be told beforehand of the estimated complete date! When I picked up my car, I learned that others who had their cars in Parts/Service were given rentals that the dealership/Ford paid for. A few days later, my steering wheel was still forcing me in another direction. I brought it in explaining the secondary issue wasn’t fixed. The service guy receiving my car said that they probably missed something and that I wouldn’t have to pay for this service because of it. Well, John told me that I would have to and what the issue was and that they would need my car for at least a week. I asked John for the cost of that and he gave me a well overpriced estimate. I told him I was coming to pick my car up so I could bring it to a service center that had given me a more reasonable estimate. When I got there to pick up my car, John told me that I had to pay them over $200 for just looking at my car. I told them I was told it wouldn’t cost me because they missed something when it was last in. John just explained to me what the issue was again which wasn’t my concern nor question. I ended up paying them just so I could get out of there and be done with them. To top it all off, when I got to my car, I found trash from the workers in my car. I made an appointment with Superior because my normal service place couldn’t get me in right away. Next time I will just wait longer to get service instead of bringing my car to Superior.
